Description
Panorama Studios is the accommodation in a quiet location in Kallithea. It has 12 identical studios (25m2) for 2-4 people. The amenities feature are enclosed and nicely arranged courtyard with barbecue and summer garden, ideal for families with children. Pets are allowed.
The beach and the center are 300m away, while the closest supermarket, bakery and restaurant are at about 150m. More about nearby beaches read here.
The studios are set in the basement (five steps below the courtyard level), on the first and second floor. They have two double beds narrower than the standard and a single bed, therefore they're recommended to 4-member families with two small children. In the kitchen, there's a small refrigerator with freezer and a hot plate, while the bathroom has a shower without curtain. The entrance is from the back (via circular stairs).
All studios are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV and a terrace or veranda. Mosquito nets exist only in studios in the basement. If you need a hairdryer, please contact the friendly owners.
Cleaning of the studios is performed every day, while the towels and bed linen are replaced after three days.
In the yard, there are several toys for children, while parents can rest in the shade of the gazebo or on deck chairs. There's also the fountain.
Private parking is located in the yard and there's room for everyone if the guests park properly.
The building is located on a hill or downhill, which is characteristic for most of the accommodations in Kallithea. It's neat, clean and in good condition.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Do you have an apartment or studio available for ten nights for a family with two children aged 7 and 3? The time of stay could be from 14.7 to 24.7. Arriving a day earlier or later is not a problem

Dobar dan , imam jedno pitanje . Kucala sam upit sto se cene pise od 1 jula do 8 jula . 7 noćenja. Za dve odrasle osobe i dvoje dece . Prvo dete ima 8 godina ,drugo 3 godine. Izaslo mi je sve ukupno 392 e da li je to ta cena ? Takodje da li mi mozete reci setaliste koliko je udaljeno , i da li se nesto dodatno naplacuje prilikom dolaska ?
