**Thelis House is located on the outskirts of Siviri. It is located in the first row to the beach, where it is possible to stay with the use of own equipment, which is provided to the guests of the apartment. The organized beach is about 350 meters away. **
Thelis House is an apartment on the first floor of the building and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. It has a living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and with a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the sea, on the balcony equipped with seating.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the back yard.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, within the price and upon agreement with the owner.
The guests of this accommodation, as part of the price, have at their disposal sunbeds and umbrellas that they can take to the beach, but with the obligation to return them daily.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of €40 per service.
Parking is possible along the street, near the accommodation.
Thelis House is 84 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
