Tasos 1 Home is located 700m from the sandy beach in Siviri, a seaside village with a Mediterranean charm on the west of the Kassandra peninsula. Siviri contains several small markets, Masoutis supermarket, butchers, bakeries and pastry shops, and on the coast there are taverns with beautiful gardens.
According to its structure, this accommodation is a maisonette on two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. On the first level, which is located on the level of the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a small bathroom, while on the second level, on the second floor, there is another bedroom and a small bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa for one person, while in the two bedrooms there are bunk beds and a double bed narrower than standard.
A baby cot can be added upon request and at no additional cost.
In this maisonette, guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, a fan, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four rings and a large oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee pot and an instant coffee mixer.
Guests can spend warm summer days on one of the two balconies equipped with seating furniture.
In the fenced yard with natural shade, there is a seating area and an outdoor shower.
In this accommodation, small pets weighing up to five kilograms are allowed, upon request and at no additional cost.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. For stays longer than ten nights, guests are provided with a clean set of towels and bed linen.
A parking space is provided for guests in front of the accommodation itself.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
