Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Flo Maisonette offers comfortable accommodation in a peaceful part of Sozopoli, with a sea view and just 280 meters away from the city beach, making it an ideal choice for families or couples. This modernly designed maisonette allows guests to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, proximity to the beach, and numerous local attractions.
The two-bedroom apartment, suitable for up to four adults, is structured as a two-level maisonette. The first level, located on the high ground floor, includes a living room, kitchen, and toilet, while the second level, on the first floor, features two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds.
A baby crib is available upon request and at no additional cost.
