I am very pleased with the apartment; it has exceeded my expectations. The landlord is exceptionally kind and always available to assist with anything.

A little more investment is needed, and the apartment would truly be at a high level. For instance, a shower cabin, a large umbrella, or a canopy is missing, as the terrace is huge with a magnificent view. Overall, however, the feeling is elevated on our part.

We stayed here in July of this year in apartment no. 1 with five beds. Two adults and two children. Spacious enough to be comfortable. Cheerful and clean. The furniture is old, which is often the case in the private sector. The air conditioning unit was not functioning; on the second day, a technician came, repaired the AC in the adjacent apartment, and for ours, he noted that it was excessively old and needed to be replaced with a new one. The AC works for a minute or two, then throws an error and stops functioning. The stove (even though we only prepared coffee) is absolutely unusable, as it takes 30 minutes to brew coffee, and its appearance is a mild horror – rusty burners that are literally falling apart. Wooden beds with horror mattresses (like those blocks on military beds, who remembers them) – five nights without sleep. The bathroom has no option for adjusting the water; you either scald or have cold water (when there is any). For three days, we had yellow-red water, supposedly a malfunction in Sartis, showering was impossible as the water stained everything (we ruined a couple of swimsuits and towels because the yellow dye wouldn't come off). The terrace is large but without an awning, making it unusable in the morning. Studio no. 2 next door (where our friends stayed) has a huge terrace, also without an awning, along with a low coffee table, so if you want to eat any meal in the accommodation, you either eat standing or in your lap (for those who dine in the accommodation). In the afternoon, the terraces are in the shade, providing a refreshing experience; you can enjoy the view. The accommodation is on a hill, next to a viewpoint and a cross, so there is always free parking available in front. All in all, 3/5, the general impression is that I would not return and would not recommend it until the owners take some time to renew the furniture and modernize. Wifi is available, works adequately, but we are mostly used to that, so we use our internet.

The location is fantastic. The terrace is splendid, truly spacious, offering a wonderful view of the sea from every angle. Unfortunately, the view of Mount Athos was obstructed by a pine tree. The price is relatively reasonable. The reason we chose this accommodation was its location and the sea view. We booked the studio for eight nights. The studio is very basic, yet acceptable. What was lacking was a sense of care for the guests and a lack of something extra; it feels as though the owner is primarily interested in making money and does not genuinely care about the guests. There were no wine glasses or corkscrew, which I consider essential. There was no cleaning; I had to clean the floors myself once. After four days, we received a bag with sheets and towels from the owner's mother. It is a pity that this house, which boasts one of the best locations, does not show more care, as it would be so easy to make it beautiful. The furniture on the balcony did not match the picture; it was quite old. The beds were the hardest I have ever slept on in Greece (and they are mostly hard). I brought a camping mattress that I used because I read previous reviews, and I am glad I did. Sarti and Sithonia are beautiful places. The hardest decision you have to make is which beach to choose, as they are all stunning.

The accommodation is decent and spacious. The downsides are that the stove barely worked, and if you are coming with small children, it can be inconvenient since the accommodation is located on an incline.

The location is excellent. We stayed in a five-person apartment, which is spacious... The view from the terrace is enchanting. Everything is nearby, and the panorama from the viewpoint across from the apartment is breathtaking, especially in the evening hours.

We vacationed at the beginning of June and we are extremely satisfied. The accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the beach and promenade, yet it offers peace and quiet. The view of the sea is fantastic. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The room now features a new smart LCD TV with a stable Wi-Fi network. The kitchen is equipped with new dishes. The bathroom is very clean and practical to maintain, as everything dries quickly due to good ventilation. The host is very kind and pleasant, having welcomed us upon arrival. We had a reserved parking space in front of the villa. We highly recommend this accommodation for a holiday, and we will surely return.

Accommodation in an excellent location, with a stunning view of the sea. Although it is situated on an elevation, it takes only a few minutes to walk to the promenade and the beach. The cleanliness is good, and the tidiness is satisfactory. They could have made a bit more effort to provide better chairs and a table on the terrace, instead of the worn-out wooden ones that make you hesitant to sit down. In the adjacent apartment, there were new tables and chairs. The bathroom does not have a shower cabin, just a shower in the middle of the wall, which leaves the entire bathroom wet when you shower.

In 2018, we stayed in a five-bed apartment and were very satisfied. Now, in August 2022, we have returned, but this time to a three-bed apartment. Everything is exceptionally neat and decent for a lovely vacation. The location is perfect, peaceful, and quiet, offering the most beautiful view of the sunrise behind Mount Athos, literally from the terrace. There is always parking available. Everything else is very close: the beach, markets, the square…

All praises for Tula studio. It is located in a wonderfully beautiful spot with a stunning view of the sea. Just a two-minute walk from the center, yet it offers a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. Additionally, the city beach is only a few minutes away. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating. When we requested an additional small pot, he brought it within a few minutes. He was always at our service for anything we needed.

The apartment was clean and neatly arranged upon our arrival, featuring a large beautiful terrace on the ground floor. A minor complaint is the absence of a curtain in the shower, which leaves the entire bathroom wet after showering. Additionally, some of the towels appeared to be missing. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation and would recommend it.

Shops and the beach are nearby, while the apartment is situated in a quiet and peaceful hillside location. We easily communicated with the owner in English. A bonus is the stunning beach nestled between the rocks, secluded from the larger beach, perfect for those who prefer to avoid crowds. Access to the beach is quick, descending a path from the large parking area. Highly recommend the Toula apartments.

The villa boasts a stunning view, is clean and well-maintained. The parking facility is exceptionally convenient. The biggest issue we encountered was that we had to call a phone number to arrange our accommodation. Additionally, the faucet at the entrance for rinsing off sand was closed, which posed a problem, as one must be careful to wash off the sand from the beach.

The rooms are just like in the picture; everything is clean, and the terrace is beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is nearby, although there is a slight uphill return, about thirty meters. The only complaint is that when showering, some water enters the room because there is no barrier, but as others have mentioned, it dries quickly; it's just a shock on the first day. Additionally, there is air conditioning included in the price, and most importantly, it is located in the hallway, so it does not blow directly onto the beds, providing pleasant cooling. There are no mosquitoes, but there are screens available.

I wholeheartedly recommend Toula's studios. The owners are exceptionally kind and courteous, the studio was impeccably tidy and clean. The view and location are top-notch.

The villa is exceptionally clean, which was our top priority. The bathroom has been renovated, and the beds are comfortable with clean linens. However, it was bothersome that the linens were not changed for ten days. The studio's amenities could be improved; for instance, there was no ladle or thicker blanket, as it can get chilly in the evenings in September. It didn't bother us that the shower wasn't enclosed, as the water drains well and the bathroom dries quickly. The view is fantastic, offering remarkable tranquility, with sunlight only in the morning, and each terrace has an umbrella. Everything is very close to the villa, and Sarti itself is a beautiful place that has something for everyone. The internet is very good and available in every part of the room. The owners do not speak a word of English, which can be problematic, and during our stay, we only saw them twice. Upon our arrival at the villa, the situation was uncomfortable as we had no one to ask for assistance. Fortunately, the guests in the adjacent room were our acquaintances and informed us which room was ours and that the key was in the door. I highly recommend this villa; we were very satisfied as all our needs were met.

The villa is situated in the most beautiful location in Sarti, in my opinion. The view from the terrace is perfect. It offers the tranquility essential for a restful vacation while being just three minutes away from shops, taverns, and everything else. It is slightly uphill, but if my three-year-old child had no issue with it, I believe others won’t either. The proximity to the beach is also a significant advantage. There is a small cove just below the villa, which is special and has calmer waters than the majority of the beach. The pictures posted accurately represent the current condition. We did not see the owner; we paid the woman who cleans, who speaks little English. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. There is always parking available. From the terrace, you can see a small park about 50 meters from the villa, perhaps even less, so the lack of children's facilities in the villa is not a drawback. The absence of shower cabins and curtains is also not an issue, as one dries off quickly beside the air conditioning and fan.

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation. I would say that this is the best location in old Sarti. Given that the accommodation is situated on a hill, all rooms (except for two on the ground floor) offer a fantastic view of the sea. The center of Sarti is just a minute's walk away, as is the beach. The studios have been renovated, and the facade is relatively new. Almost everything is new, the bathroom is spacious and entirely new, which is a rarity in studios. The terrace is spacious, equipped with a table and four chairs. All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation.

Tula studio, Sarti, is a very pleasant accommodation in a beautiful location. Situated above the hustle and bustle, yet close to the beach and a lovely playground for children. The view of the sea is splendid, with a well-maintained and fenced playground for kids right in front of the accommodation, along with ample parking. In any case, we would gladly return to Sarti as it is a beautiful place, and the sea is particularly special.
