Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiToula's Studios is an accommodation in Sarti, only 100m from the beach, on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea and Mount Athos. All amenities are only few minutes away on foot, and there's a parking lot in front of the accommodation.
It's located in the old Sarti, only 120m from the markets, bakeries, souvenir shops, taverns and other facilities. The house is divided between two owners. The second floor and one studio in the basement belong to the Emmanuel House, while all the rest belong to the accommodation Toula.
In the offer are five accommodation units, one triple studio, one quadruple and three quintuple apartments. Since the house is on the hill, the triple studio and one quintuple apartment are on the ground floor, while the other two quintuple apartments are on the first floor, even if the entrance for all four units is from the ground floor, from the back side of the house. The quadruple apartment is in the basement looking from the back side of the house, i.e. on the ground floor looking from the front side of the house.
The triple studio has one double and a single bed, quintuple apartments have two single beds in the bedroom and one double and a single bed in the room with a kitchen. The quadruple apartment has two double beds, one in the bedroom and one in the room with kitchen.
Kitchen is the same in all units, it has hotplates and small fridge, except in one quintuple apartment in which one it has big fridge and mini-oven with hotplates. All accommodation units have renovated bathroom only with shower and tiles, without edged showering area. They are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, small TV, internet and spacious balcony with a sea view, umbrella and seating set. Bed linen and towels are replaced after five days.
A parking lot is in front of the house, where you can always find a parking space. A playground for children is 50m from the house.
Before entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at a sign for GreenOtel. Continue ahead, pass the hotel Maistrali and drive ahead till the end of the street, then turn left to the street that will take to the parking in front of this accommodation.
If your priority is the vicinity of the city center and of the beach, but you need silence, as well as sea view, then Toula's Studios is the perfect choice for you.

Our studios-rooms to let offer a panoramic view to the sea and the Mount Athos. They are located two minutes away from the city center and at 100-150m from the sea.
The Toula's Studios at Sarti Halkidiki offer you all the comforts for your perfect vacation.
The studios are a 1-space room with a bathroom, they have one double and single bed, with a maximum capacity for three visitors. We have four apartments with balcony and bathroom. Apartments have two rooms with a corridor. The first one has two single beds, and the other has a double and a single bed, maximum capacity is five visitors.
All our accommodation units are fully equipped, with a functional kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your cooking. We also offer you a TV and free WiFi internet in every room. All the rooms have A/C and bathroom. Our balconies are big and have a sitting area to enjoy the magnificent panoramic of the Aegean Sea and Mount Athos. The hospitality is our best part, as we are here to offer whatever you need and to regularly take care of the cleaning. The interior design is minimal and calm, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. For our customers, we also keep a private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
