Fyllia’s Apartment is located in the village of Nea Michaniona, 850m from the beach. This accommodation offers perfect comfort for relaxation and, thanks to its location, is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, including the city of Thessaloniki, which is only 29km away.

The apartment is situated in the semi-basement, able to accommodate three adults and one child. It consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.

Upon request, a baby crib is available at no extra cost.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning, but guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, a fan, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.

From the veranda, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard.

For an additional fee and upon request, pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation.

There is no private parking available, but a free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is provided, which guests are responsible for changing. Additionally, there is an extra charge for cleaning service, as well as for a set of towels and bed linen.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
