Accommodation description

Casa Tsouka Hotel is a newly built and modernly equipped facility located in the village of Fanari, in close proximity to the lake. It offers luxurious four-bed apartments and rooms with a view of the lake.

The town center and beach are approximately 1km away from the accommodation, while the nearest market is located 300m away.

The complex consists of two buildings (A and B) with a total of 16 rooms of 25m2 and four 50m2 apartments.

In building A, there are 12 deluxe quadruple rooms (double & twin) with a view of the lake. Six are located on the ground floor, and the remaining six on the first floor.

The Deluxe Double Room can accommodate up to four people: three adults and one child. It consists of a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (150x200), a kitchenette (without a stove), and a bathroom.

The Deluxe Twin Room can also accommodate up to four people: three adults and one child. It features two single beds (90x200) and a sofa bed (150x200), a kitchenette (without a stove), and a bathroom.

In building B, there are a total of eight units with a lake view. On the ground floor, there are two deluxe triple rooms and two apartments. One triple room on the ground floor is adapted for disabled guests. On the first floor, there are two more deluxe triple rooms and two apartments.

The Deluxe Triple Room can accommodate up to three people. It consists of a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), a kitchenette (without a stove), and a bathroom.

The Suite Apartment can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200) while the other has two single beds (100x200). Three air conditioners are available.

Guests have access to air conditioning, internet, TV with satellite channels, ceiling fans in the rooms, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchenette (with two burners only in the apartment), standard refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin, except in the room for disabled guests. Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

The hotel reception is open from 8:00 am to midnight and is located at Hotel Fanari, 200m from Casa Tsouka Hotel, which is under the same ownership. The price includes breakfast ingredients, which are replenished during the stay so that guests can enjoy breakfast in their accommodation (self-prepared). If they prefer, they can have breakfast at Hotel Fanari every morning.

Daily cleaning is provided, while towel change is done every two days, and bed linen change every three days.

Parking is available for guests within the private parking area.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
