Casa Tsouka Hotel is a newly built and modernly equipped establishment located in the village of Fanari, in close proximity to the sandy beach. It boasts luxurious quadruple apartments and studios with views of the sea and the lake, making it ideal for families and couples.
The town center is 1km away from the accommodation, while the nearest market is located at 280m.

The complex consists of 20 accommodation units, including 16 Studio units of 25m2 and four Suite apartments of 50m2, located on the ground floor, high ground floor, and first floor.
The Deluxe Double Studio can accommodate up to four people: two adults and two children. It consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The Deluxe Twin Studio can also accommodate up to four people: two adults and two children. It features two single beds, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Both are located on the first floor and high ground floor, with balconies offering sea views and seating areas.
The Deluxe Triple Studio can accommodate up to three people and is adapted for people with disabilities. It comprises a double bed, a single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The Suite Apartment can host up to four people, with a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. They are located on the ground floor and have verandas with sea/yard views and seating areas.
Guests have at their disposal: air conditioning, internet, TV with satellite channels, ceiling fans in rooms, mosquito nets, hairdryers, as well as equipped kitchenettes with (two hot plates only in the apartment), standard refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms feature shower cabins. Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
The hotel reception operates from 8:00 am to midnight and is located at Hotel Fanari, 200m from Casa Tsouka Hotel, which has the same owner. The price includes breakfast ingredients, which are replenished during the stay, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast in their accommodation.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days.
Parking space is provided within the property for accommodation guests.

One of the main features of the landscape in Fanari is the existence of the Xirolimni lagoon directly opposite the famous Fanari beach: the strip that separates it from the sea is only 100m wide.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
