Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Glifoneri Seaside House is a holiday home located right on the seaside next to Glifoneri Beach, in the village of Pahis, on the island of Thassos.
Situated in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, this accommodation is excellently equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Guests have the entire house and all the space at their disposal, providing complete privacy and freedom.
The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy and very small, with a long shallow area and plenty of natural shade.
Behind the beach, there is a restaurant where sun loungers can be rented at an affordable price.
Near the house, there are a supermarket, pharmacy, and gas station.
The veranda, furnished with a seating set from which you enter the house, is located on the high ground floor (four steps above the courtyard level), enclosed and with a beautiful view of the sea.
The property has mosquito nets on the windows, a comfortable living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has two single beds for children (trundle bed).
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove and oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all necessary utensils and cookware.
The bathroom features a bathtub, hairdryer, and a washing machine.
The property is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet, and a flat-screen TV where you can watch Netflix.
A baby cot is available upon request, and pets are not allowed.
The yard is enclosed and very pleasant, with tall pine trees providing plenty of natural shade. Guests have access to an outdoor shower, a seating set, sun loungers, and swings.
There is ample parking space in front of the property.
The accommodation is located about 9km west of Limenas, and upon arrival, we suggest following the sign for Taverna Glifoneri.
Glifoneri Seaside House is a haven for those seeking peace and relaxation on Thassos.
