Our description
Glifoneri Seaside House is a holiday home located right on the seafront by Glifoneri beach, in Pahis, on the island of Thassos.
Located in a very pleasant and peaceful environment, this accommodation facility is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Guests have the entire house and all the space at their disposal, which provides complete privacy and freedom.
The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy and very small, with a long shallow and lots of natural shade.
In the hinterland of the beach there is a restaurant, where sunbeds can be rented at a good price.
Not far from the house there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station.
The veranda equipped with seating set, from which you enter the house, is located on the high ground floor (four steps above the ground), it is fenced and it has a beautiful sea view.
In the house there are mosquito nets on the windows, a comfortable living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and in the other there is a single bed, while the living room has ona sofa bed that can accommodate one child.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, as well as all the necessary utensils and dishes for eating and cooking.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer.
The facility is air-conditioned, it has WiFi internet and a flat-screen TV with Netflix.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
The yard is fenced and very pleasant, with tall pine trees that provide plenty of natural shade. An outdoor shower, seating set, deckchairs and swings are at guests' disposal.
There is enough parking space in front of the building.
The accommodation is located about 9km west of Limenas, and upon arrival we suggest you to follow the sign for the Glifoneri tavern.
Glifoneri Seaside House is a corner of paradise for those looking for peace and relaxation in Thassos island.

Owners description
This accommodation unit, with an area of 70m2, is located right on the beach, in the area of Glifoneri. It has two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a comfortable single bed.
The accommodation includes a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator and an outside shower cabin, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi and a coffee machine are available to the guests of this accommodation, as well as a large garden with a view of the sea and deckchairs. We also provide breakfast in the form of marmalade, toast, butter, etc., and leave groceries for guests upon arrival.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station nearby, and it is 9 km from the island's capital, Limenas.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
