Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Aegean 180 Degrees Seaview Grand Suite is located in Nea Iraklia, a small and peaceful village that offers a pleasant atmosphere and the authentic charm of the Greek seaside. It is situated right by the coast, separated from the sea only by a street. From the apartment, guests can enjoy a unique and unobstructed view of the open sea, adding a special sense of space and freedom to their stay. Nearby is Sahara Beach, one of the most famous in this part of Halkidiki, with a long stretch of fine sand and clear, crystal water. The beach offers excellent facilities, from organized beach bars to quieter areas ideal for relaxation. Another advantage is the proximity of Thessaloniki, which is only a short drive away, allowing guests to easily combine a seaside holiday with city walks and cultural experiences.
The two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and is designed to accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, the second has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
Upon request, a baby cot is available free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation, with units in the living room and both bedrooms, offers free WiFi, a TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
