Description
Villa Santa Evridiki is located in Kariotes (Ligia), about 800m from Kariotes beach. It offers apartments for 2-5 people, and some of the amenities are private parking for all guests, a beautiful and fenced yard. This accommodation is located in a quiet environment, close to the center of Lefkas (about 1.5 km) and the promenade, so evening entertainment is easily accessible.
Santa Evridiki offers three apartments. 3+1 Bed Apartment (number 1) has a double bed and two pull-out beds, the area is about 38m2.; 4 Bed Apartment (number 2) has a double bed and a large sofa bed, area of about 35m2 and 4+1 Bed Apartment (number 3) has a double bed and two single beds, as well as the possibility of adding a folding extra bed.
All apartments have an equipped kitchen (large stove with oven, large refrigerator, extractor fan and necessary dishes), toaster, electric. Cooker, washing machine, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV, bathroom with a cabin (only the large 4+1 apartment, number 3, has a bathroom without a shower tub, only with tiles and a curtain), as well as a private terrace with a table and chairs.
Bed linen and towels are changed after three nights, hygiene in the apartment is maintained by the guests.
There is a private parking lot in the fenced and well-kept yard.
The stay of pets is free and allowed, with a mandatory inquiry at the time of booking.
Santa Evridiki could be an excellent choice for guests looking for safe and good accommodation close to the center of Lefkas, in a very peaceful environment.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
