Hotel Description

Villa Santa Evridiki is located in the village of Kariotes (Ligia), approximately 800m from the beach of the same name. The property offers apartments for two to five people, with guests having access to private parking, a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard. The property is situated in a peaceful environment, yet close to the center of Lefkada and the promenade, making evening activities easily accessible.

The villa consists of three apartments. The triple apartment features a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area, with the option of adding an extra bed for a child. The quadruple apartment includes a double bed and a sofa with a pull-out drawer in the kitchen area, while the 4+1 apartment has a double bed and two sofa beds.

All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen (large stove with oven, big fridge, extractor hood, necessary utensils), as well as a toaster, kettle, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, and bathroom. The largest apartment has a bathroom without a shower tray, only with tiles and a curtain. Each unit has a private veranda on the ground floor (slightly above ground level) with seating.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three nights, while guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartments themselves.

In the nicely landscaped and fenced yard, there is a private parking area.

Pets are allowed to stay for free, with prior inquiry upon reservation.

Santa Evridiki is an excellent choice for guests seeking safe and pleasant accommodation in a tranquil environment, yet close to the center of Lefkada.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
