Accommodation description

Villa Thalia is situated in a peaceful location, not far from the beach. It offers everything necessary for a carefree and pleasant stay, including private parking, air conditioning, internet, and a kitchen. It is an ideal choice for a large family or group of friends.

The accommodation is located in the town of Nea Chili.

The beach is 250m away, while the nearest market is in the nearby town of Alexandroupoli, which is approximately 2.1km away.

The entire villa (186m2) is available for reservation, or each of the (total of two) apartments separately. The capacity of the entire villa is up to 12 persons, with eight persons in apartment number 1 and four persons in apartment number 2.

Apartment number 1 consists of two separate bedrooms, with a queen-size double bed in the first bedroom, and bunk beds in the second bedroom, where two persons can sleep on the lower bed. There are three sofa beds in the living room. This apartment has a kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is an additional bathroom with a bathtub.

Apartment number 2 consists of one separate bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a living room with a sofa where two persons can sleep. This apartment has a kitchen with a standard refrigerator.

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning (apartment number 1 has three A/Cs, while apartment number 2 has two A/Cs), internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, private seating area in front of the apartment, and a private entrance to the accommodation, bathroom with a shower cabin, and a parking space. A baby cot is also available upon request from guests.

Cleaning, changing of bed linen, and towels are done upon request and in agreement with the guests.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with well-maintained lawn, and includes a parking area.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
