Foula’s House is a very popular accommodation in the center of Nikiti, because of its excellent price and good location. The building is well-maintained, neat and well-equipped with all the amenities that are required for a pleasant stay. In the vicinity of the city beach and all the amenities of Nikiti, but in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, this accommodation offers an excellent stay at affordable prices.
House is located at less than 300m from the main beach of Nikiti. A supermarket, bakery, various types of restaurants, tavernas, pancakes, ice cream and tourist shops are located within 200m.
In total there are four studios (20m2) and two duplex apartments.
Studio no. 2 has one standard double bed and one double bed narrower than standard. Two studios (no. 3 and 4) are facing the street, both have one double bed and bunk beds for two children, while the third studio (no. 1), also facing the street, has a standard double bed and one more double bed narrower than the standard one. Bunk beds are standard in size, so also the older children can sleep on them. All studios are located on the high ground floor and there is not much free space in them. All have a kitchenette that is well equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, a toaster, hotplates, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, WiFi, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a TV.
A semi-based apartment (50m2), few steps below the ground level, has a separate concrete yard in front. It consists of two bedrooms and a large living room with a kitchen and dining room. In the first bedroom, there is one double bed and two single beds in the other. In the living room, there is also one double bed, and if necessary another standard single bed for the seventh person can be added. For a stay of more than two adults in the apartment, there is an extra charge. The apartment has a large fridge with freezer, standard stove, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and two tables with chairs in the yard.
A large apartment on the floor (70m2) is the owner’s home that is also for rent, so it’s very well equipped with everything that one family needs. The apartment is very spacious. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes. It has a stove, a large fridge with a freezer and a dining table with chairs. In the living room, there are two sofa beds, one suitable for one child and the other suitable for two children, TV and air conditioning. In one bedroom there is one double bed, and in the other, there are two large single beds and exit to the small terrace. In the bathroom, there is a shower with a curtain and a washing machine. Only in this apartment, there is an edged showering area with a curtain, while in the other accommodation units bathrooms are only with tiles, without a shower tray, curtain or a cabin. The apartment has an internet and mosquito nets, while a hairdryer is available on request.
The replacement of towels is done every three nights, while bed linen replacement is done 2-3 times, depending on the length of stay.
The yard of the accommodation is fenced, large and arranged, with natural shade and lots of toys for children, so it is very suitable for the youngest guests. Guests can park in front of the accommodation where are always free spots. Also there are few marked parking spots for the guests of the house.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, the best would be to take a right turn at a traffic light in Nikiti, continue straight down the street until the Plaisir pastry shop where you have to turn left, and then again after 60 meters go left into the street in which one you will find this accommodation on the left, after about 100 meters.
If you are looking for an affordable and decent accommodation, near the beach and the centre, but in a quiet location, Foula’s House can be a perfect choice. It is especially suitable and recommended for family holidays.

Extremely friendly hosts, always available for any request or question. The house is located 300 meters from the city beach, which is exceptionally clean, and all other major amenities are nearby.
