Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Olea Luxury Suites are located in the famous tourist resort of Asprovalta, east of Thessaloniki, in Strimonikos Bay, in the region known as Saint George. This facility is located in the central area, close to shops, restaurants and cafes, and offers you a real summer atmosphere. It is an ideal choice for families or friendly gatherings. The nearest sandy beach is 500 meters from the accommodation.
The facility includes ten studios, which are located in the basement, upper ground floor and first floor, and which are intended for a maximum of four adults.
Three-bed studios, intended for a maximum of three adults, include a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Depending on the unit, they have a double bed and a sofa for one person or a double bed and one single bed.
Four-bed studios, intended for the stay of two adults and two children or four adults, include a room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Depending on the unit, they have a double bed and bunk beds or a double bed and two single beds.
Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available to guests.
In these air-conditioned units, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels and a hairdryer. All studios have a kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a cooker.
The studios in the basement do not have a balcony, but a direct exit to the shared courtyard. All other units have their own private balcony equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, with a view of the mountain or the courtyard.
Within this facility there is a beautiful and well-kept common yard with a summerhouse and seating.
Pets are not allowed in this facility.
During the stay, the cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay. An optional cleaning service is available to guests for an additional fee.
A total of five parking spaces are provided for guests of the accommodation in front of the building. A free place to park can also be found in the immediate vicinity, along the street.
Olea Luxury Suites are 4 km from Nea Vrasna, 7 km from Stavros, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 93 km from the accommodation.
