Accommodation description

The Guitar Studio is an accommodation not far from the beach and provides guests with additional privacy, as it is a single apartment for rent.

This accommodation is located about 50m from the town beach in Nea Peramos, 500m from the town center, and the first market is located 400m away.

It is a studio apartment (30m2) on the ground floor, designed for up to three people. It has a separate sleeping area where all the beds are located - one double and one single. The kitchen is separate and located in the hallway. It is equipped with a small oven with two burners and a large refrigerator.

The unit has a television, air conditioning, and a terrace with a street view. We must note that there is no internet signal in the studio.

Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay (for all reservations longer than 7 nights), and guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment (they have necessary supplies and cleaning products).

There is no private parking available, and it is possible to park on the street if there is an available space. Otherwise, you can park your vehicle in nearby streets.

The stadium is located in a wonderful place. The main street is close, but it isn’t right next to the forest. The owner is capable of being kind.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
