Description
Juli apartments are located in Nea Potidea. There are four units, three of which have a sea view, while the last one has a street view. All accommodation units in the wall have a frame that separates them and for which there is a curtain that can be drawn for more privacy between the rooms. But, for this very reason, accommodation units are more suitable for families with children.
The units are located on the high ground floor and the first floor.
In the triple units, there are three single beds, while in the quadruple units, there are four single beds - two in one bedroom and two in the other.
There is one studio without a separate door, overlooking the street, one four-bed apartment with a sea view, and two apartments with two bedrooms each, also with a sea view.
Extra beds can be added in the units with a sea view.
Air conditioning, WiFi, TV, and mosquito nets are available.
There are two stovetop burners in the kitchen.
The units with a sea view have a large refrigerator with a freezer, while the triple studio has a standard refrigerator with a freezing compartment.
The triple units have a shower, while the quadruple units have a shower cabin with plastic partitions.
All units have balconies.
There is a portable barbecue grill that can be used in the nearby park.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the units themselves.
Towel and linen replacement is done halfway through the stay, after five days, only if guests stay for ten or more days. If guests stay for less than ten days, there is no replacement of linen and towels.
Pets are allowed upon prior inquiry.Parking is available on the street and is guaranteed.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
