Hotel Description

The July apartments are located in Nea Potidea. There are four accommodation units available, three of which have a sea view, while one has a street view. All accommodation units have a frame-like window in the wall separating the bedroom from the rest of the accommodation, with a curtain that can be drawn for added privacy. However, for this reason, the accommodation units are more suitable for families with children.

In the triple studio and triple apartment, there are three single beds each. An additional fourth auxiliary bed can be added to the apartment, while the apartments with two bedrooms have four single beds - two in each bedroom.

There is one studio with a street view, one four-bed apartment with a sea view, and two apartments with two bedrooms each with a sea view.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have WiFi, TV, and mosquito nets.

All accommodation units have two burners in the kitchen. In the units with a sea view, there is a large refrigerator with a freezer, while the triple studio has a standard refrigerator with a freezing compartment.

The bathroom in the triple units has a bathtub, while the four-bed units have a shower cabin with plastic partitions.

All units have balconies.

There is a portable barbecue that can be used in the nearby park.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units themselves. Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, after five days, only if guests stay for ten days or more. If guests stay for less than ten days, there is no change of bed linen and towels.

Pets are allowed upon prior request.

Parking is available on the street and there is usually enough space for everyone.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The environmental fee is €8 per day of stay per accommodation unit.
