Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Skala PotamiaSpitakia Bungalows are an excellent choice for families that want a bit more privacy, considering that there are only two independent houses. They are located in the second line from the sea and few steps from the main promenade. The units are spacious and the guests have private parking.
There are next to the sea (about 20m) in Skala Potamia. The part of the city beach in front of the accommodation is rocky, but 100m away from the houses, starts the sandy part. Spitakia Bungalows are 700m away from the center. The first market is about 50m from the accommodation, where you can buy bread also, and the bakery is about 300m away.
There are two houses (40m2) in the offer that have one separate bedroom and a living room with kitchen. Both the bedroom and the living room have a double bed and one extra bed can be added if needed. The kitchen is fairly equipped. Both of the houses have a veranda, A/C located in the living room, WiFi access and a TV.
The bed linen and towels are being changed on a regular basis.
The private parking is 50m from the houses.
The accommodation is easily accessible, you need to get to the center of Skala Potamia and then keep driving to the road that is parallel with the sea and the promenade. Keep going straight until you see a sign on your right side, that is pointing to the Arion Houses, where you need to take a right turn, on to a small alley. After Arion houses, you will find Spitakia Bungalows.
If you want nice accommodation, near the beach and all the amenities in Skala Potamia (shops, promenade, taverns), Spitakia Bungalows can be a great choice.

Spitakia Bungalows are to be found in beautiful Skala Potamia, at the eastern coast of Thassos. We have 4 bungalows (36m2) built in the spring 2002. Every bungalow can accommodate for 4 persons and consists of bedroom, living room, bathroom, couch, A/C, equipped terrace kitchen and a small garden. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Interesuje me da li imate slobodno pocetkom od 7og avgusta za 4oro odrasilih i bebu od 15 meseci. Bili bi na minimum 5 do 10 dana, sve zavisi od raspolozivosti smestaja. Koja bi cena bila po danu ? Srdacan pozdrav, Marko
