Green Corner Villas is located in a serene complex with a beautiful courtyard, in an ideal location for exploring the area of Gouvia on the island of Corfu. The nearest beach is situated at a distance of 2.1km.

The accommodation units are divided into two buildings and are situated on the high ground floor and the first floor. Studios can accommodate two adults and one child, offering a double bed or two joined single beds and an additional bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The apartments have a capacity for four adults and one child, featuring a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the bedrooms, there are two double beds or pair of two joined single beds and an additional bed.

The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, a ceiling fan, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with a stove with two burners and a small oven, a standard or large refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms have a bathtub with a curtain. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

From the veranda or balcony, equipped with a seating set, guests can enjoy a view of the courtyard. Visitors can delight in preparing barbecues under the gazebo with their family and friends.

Pets are allowed. A parking spot is provided within the courtyard.

Cleaning is done daily, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is carried out every three days. For stays longer than ten nights, guests have complimentary use of a washing machine.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
