The 54m2 apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and two sofas, one for two people and the other for one person, and a bedroom with a double bed. The balcony offers a partial view of the sea and the street, and is equipped with a seating set.
Guests have at their disposal WiFi internet, two air conditioners, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
