Hotel Description

Balance Accommodation is a newly built facility that received its first guests in July 2023, and is located in Strymonian Bay, in the vicinity of the village of Stavros, surrounded by hills covered with forest, so it is known as an air spa due to the wind rose, which, with the combination of scents sea and clean air, provides a pleasant stay for its visitors. This accommodation is located in the first row to the sea, from which it is separated by a street that needs to be crossed, and at a distance of 130m from the nearest beach.

This accommodation, which offers a warm welcome to guests over 15 years of age, offers elegantly and modernly decorated rooms, located on the ground floor and the first floor, and can accommodate a maximum of two adults. All rooms have a double bed, while some rooms have a jacuzzi tub on the balcony.

The air-conditioned rooms offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, a minibar, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

A parking space within the complex is provided for accommodation guests.

This accommodation is open throughout the year, and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.

Balance Accommodation is located 11 km from Asprovalta, 9 km from Nea Vrasna, and 98 km from Thessaloniki airport.

Stays for persons younger than 15 years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
