Accommodation description
Aetheris Houses is situated in the center of the village of Palio, near Kavala, just a few steps away from the sea and the beach, close to restaurants and cafes. It features two-bedroom apartments and a beautifully landscaped courtyard.
The nearest market is located 550 m from the accommodation. A bakery is 100 m away, and a very good local restaurant is located right across from the accommodation.
The beach, which is 80 m away from the accommodation, has a gradual entrance into the water and a very long shallow area, which is especially suitable for children.
There are two apartments available, each covering an area of 70m2, located on the ground floor and intended for a maximum of five adults. They include a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Apartment no.1 has a double bed in each of the bedrooms, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Apartment no.2 has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other bedroom, and a sofa for one person in the living room.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, iron, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster in both apartments. One apartment is equipped with a stove with two burners and a small oven, while the other apartment has a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a microwave.
The apartments share a courtyard, but each apartment has its own seating area and privacy with a view of nature. In the courtyard in front of apartment no.1, there is also a private barbecue.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement and no additional fees.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning during their stay. For stays shorter than 10 days, a clean set of bed linen and towels is available, which guests change themselves, while for stays longer than 10 days, the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay. Laundry service is available and included in the price.
Parking is not provided for guests, but there are usually parking spots available on the street in front of the accommodation.

We moved into apartment number 2, a dwelling situated in a natural setting with a courtyard. The house is spacious and clean, with everything you need for a longer stay: a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, insect screens on every window, and fast internet. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. The owner was always available and we had no problems. The rent is not a stone’s throw from the accommodation; you must cross a road and then go along the street and down the stairs. I would say it’s about a 2-3 minute walk from the lodging, which isn’t bad. Parking isn’t possible within the lodging, but there was always a parking spot on the adjacent street, about a minute’s walk away.

Spacious and spotless apartment, with two bedrooms, a good bathroom, and a functional and well-equipped kitchen. On arrival, the fridge held four large bottles of water, juice boxes, coffee creamer, snacks, about ten rolls of toilet paper and wet wipes, and some shower gels, with paper towels in the kitchen as well. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for storing things. The apartment is part of a ground-floor house, so through our side of the yard other guests as well as the owners passed by, but nothing alarming. The yard is large and functional, and there is a brick barbecue. The house is located right on the highway, so it was sometimes noisy. The landlady is very kind and accommodating.
