Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Aetheris Houses is located in the small and peaceful village of Palio, near Kavala, just a few steps from the sea and the beach, and close to restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. The accommodation is ideal for a quiet family vacation in a pleasant and relaxing environment. Palio is a small settlement with a beautiful, wide, and mostly sandy beach, featuring fine sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The beach has a gentle entrance into the sea and, in some parts, a very long shallow area, which is especially suitable for children. Along the shore, you’ll also find restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, and toys for children in the sand, adding to the overall summer atmosphere.
There are two ground-floor apartments available, each accommodating up to five adults. They include a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One apartment has a double bed in each bedroom and a single sofa in the living room. The other apartment features one double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a single sofa in the living room.
A baby crib is available on request, free of charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster in both apartments. One apartment has a stove with two burners and a small oven, while the other has a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a microwave.
Guests can relax on a private veranda equipped with seating furniture or enjoy the well-maintained yard with sunbeds and outdoor furniture. One of the apartments also has a private barbecue in the yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon prior agreement and at no extra charge.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning it themselves during their stay. For stays shorter than 10 days, a clean set of bed linen and towels is provided, which guests change themselves. For stays longer than 10 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Laundry service is available and included in the price.
Guaranteed parking is not provided, but street parking in front of the property is usually available.
