Reppas Villa is located in the wide center of Pefkohori, in one of the best locations, 300m from the dock (towards Paliouri) and about 70m from the beach. It has 10 air-conditioned apartments for a maximum of four people. Parking is provided for all guests. The accommodation is located in a quiet environment, close to the center and the promenade, so evening facilities are easily accessible.

Four-bed apartments (38m2) are arranged on the high ground floor and on the first floor. They consist of two rooms, a separate bedroom with two joined single beds, and a kitchen with a dining room and two more single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a mini-stove, a large fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and utensils for preparing food. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The five-bed apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment) is on the ground floor, has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has bunk beds. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa suitable for children under 12 years of age. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a two-burner hob and a large built-in oven, as well as a large fridge with freezer. The washing machine is in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, without a curtain. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the yard and is equipped with table and chairs.

The apartments are air-conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, ironing board and spacious terraces with awning.

Towels and bed linen replacement, as well as cleaning, is performed after three days. Guests can also use the laundry service (free of charge).

The villa is not new, but it’s nicely maintained.

Turning off the promenade towards the property is at the boutique Anemi.

If you’re looking for accommodation in a quiet environment, close to the promenade and the beach, Reppas Villa can be a great choice for you.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
