In the surroundings of Paralia Ofryniou, in the village of Kariani Kavalas, away from the crowds and the fast-paced atmosphere, lies Sofi’s House. Situated 1.1 km from the nearest beach, the house offers the perfect balance between easy access to the sea and the tranquility of a secluded setting. Designed for those who appreciate comfort, Sofi’s House provides an ideal base for a memorable holiday while allowing guests to experience the authentic charm of this part of Greece.

The house extends over two levels, the semi basement and the first floor, and can accommodate up to six adults. The lower level features a living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, while the upper level includes a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom features one single bed. An additional single sofa bed is available in the living room, providing comfortable accommodation for larger groups or families.

A baby cot is included in the accommodation price and is available upon request with prior notice at the time of booking.

The house is fully air conditioned with two air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the summer months. Guests also have access to free WiFi and a Smart TV for added entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with four standard cooking rings, a large oven, a full size refrigerator with freezer, as well as a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available for guests’ convenience.

One of the property’s greatest advantages is its spacious outdoor area, offering plenty of room to relax beyond the beach. The fenced yard features an outdoor shower, natural shade, and a shared barbecue that guests may use with appropriate care. A balcony on the first floor overlooks the yard and the surrounding street, creating a pleasant spot to unwind at any time of the day.

Pets are welcome at no additional charge, provided they remain in the yard at all times. Pets are not permitted inside the house.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, are not provided. Two additional sets of bed linen and towels are available in the house for guests to change themselves whenever needed. Two private parking spaces are available within the property, providing safe and convenient parking throughout your stay.

Kariani Kavala is a peaceful seaside destination, ideal for travelers looking to escape the crowds while enjoying beautiful natural surroundings and the authentic atmosphere of northern Greece. The area offers lovely beaches, relaxing coastal walks, and a slower pace of life, while also serving as an excellent starting point for exploring nearby attractions, traditional villages, and the wider Kavala region. The nearest international airport is located in Thessaloniki, approximately 124 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
