Olivelias House is located in a magical Elia beach area, on a quiet location. There are only three accommodation units (for 2-6 persons) for rent, so the privacy is guaranteed.
Accommodation is located just about 20m away from the sea, about 10km away from Nikiti and big supermarkets, about 500m away from the famous tavern Bukadura on the Elia beach, and about 50m away from Anthemus Complex where you can find some shops, bakeries and bars.
In total there are one small apartment for two persons (2 Bed Apartment, The little one), one apartment for four persons (4 Bed Apartment, In the yard) and one maisonette apartment for six persons (6 Bed Apartment, Maisonette).
Small apartment has one separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with living room. In the bathroom there is a shower, without a shower tray, but with curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge and freezer, a small stove and all necessary dishes. The bedroom has one double bed, and in the living room there is folding sofa bed. This small apartment provides guests the big part of the yard for relaxation and comfort.
The apartment in the yard can accommodate 4-5 persons, and it is located three steps below the ground level. It has two separate bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen with living room. In one bedroom there are two single beds, in the other one double bed, and in the living room with kitchen a folding sofa bed. The kitchen is also fully equipped, and in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. The advantage of this apartment is that it is located in the yard and the stay in it is extremely pleasant during the summer nights. Kids can play safely in the yard enjoying nature.
The maisonette apartment for up to six persons has two separate bedrooms with a bathroom on the upper level, and a kitchen with a living room on the lower level. The apartment has access to two terraces - on the front and on the back side of the yard. The kitchen has a large stove, a large fridge with freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in other bunk beds, and in the living room a folding corner sofa suitable for two persons. The bathroom has a shower tray. The front balcony overlooks the sea and the greenery.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet access. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at half of the stay.
The yard is fenced, with lots of greenery, flowers, paths - ideal for relaxation and safe for children to play.
You will easily reach the accommodation, after turning right from the main road where is the turn for the Anthemus Hotel, drive 300m more and you will see Olivelias House.

Elia Beach is situated between Nikiti and N. Marmaras in the Halkidiki peninsula of northern Greece which are 10 minutes away by car, just 30m from the sea. It is well known for its clean and quiet beaches. People who visit Elia beach, always remember wonderful sunrises and sunsets, swimming under trees shades and enjoying moonlight nights feeling grateful.
Spending holidays in Elia Beach, has the great advantage of visiting the most beautiful part of Halkidiki, Sithonia and its wonderful beaches,such as, Porto Koufo, Tristinika, Kalamitsi, Vourvourou, St.Nicholas, Trani Amouda, Sykia village, Sarti village and Nikiti village with its amazing taverns and bars. There is also a great number of beaches near Elia, such as Kalogria beach and St. Ioannis beach with their unique sand and sea experience.
Maisonette is suitable up to six persons. Two bedrooms on top floor with a bathroom and on the first floor kitchen and a living room. Two Balconies in front and back yard. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic household appliances. Front balcony is magnificent in the morning having breakfast with a sea view and relaxing seeing the beautiful olive trees. Having lunch, is preferred to the back yard balcony, enjoying your meal in cool conditions. At night, both balconies can offer relaxation for reading.
In the yard apartment is suitable for five persons, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. Comfortable and cool in summer season. Kitchen has basic appliances and this apartment has the advantage of being in the yard and enjoying summer at night. Kids can play safely in the yard enjoying nature, with their ball, their bicycles having the privilege to enter easily the apartment.
The little one apartment is suitable for one couple, one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. Comfortable and cool in summer season. This small apartment, gives the most of the yard to the visitor and the sense of relaxation in a small, cozy place. Basic appliances in the kitchen but with an olive tree in front of it, is a unique apartment for vacation.
You can take your pets with you if they stay in our garden, what is allowed, but not in rooms.
Towels and linen replacement and room cleaning is organized once a week.
Prices and room types
Minimum stay is one month. Months for renting are June, July and August. In case of interest for September, we can consider a renting option.
Prices for Maisonette:
- for one month the price is 4100e
- for two months the price is 4200e
- for three months the price is 5480e
Prices for In the yard apartment:
- for one month the price is 3250e
- for two months the price is 3400e
- for three months the price is 4200e
Prices for The little one apartment:
- for one month the price is 2500e
- for two months the price is 2900e
- for three months the price is 3300e
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
