Hotel Description

Olivelias House is the renovated accommodation in a magical area of Elia beach. It is on a quiet location, in the first row to the sea. In the offer are only two accommodation units, so privacy is guaranteed.

The sea is at 20m, the complex Acrotel with shops, bakeries and bars is at about 50m, the famous tavern Bukadura is at about 500m, while Nikiti and big supermarkets along the highway are about 10km away.

The five-bed apartment (ΑΜΑ00003515019) is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms with one double bed each, an equipped kitchen, a couch in the living room and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom.

The maisonette for five people (ΑΜΑ00003514957) has a kitchen and living room on the lower level, two bedrooms with a bathroom on the upper level and access to two terraces (from the front and back of the yard). The kitchen has a large stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer and necessary kitchen equipment. There is one double bed in the bedrooms, while in the living room there is a corner sofa for one person. There is a shower in the bathroom. From the front balcony there is a view of the sea and greenery characteristic of Elia beach.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are replaced in the middle of the stay. Pets are not allowed.

The yard is enclosed, with lots of greenery, flowers and paths, it’s ideal for relaxation and safe for children to play. Also, free umbrellas and beach chairs are available.

The accommodation is outstanding, and the location is excellent. We were housed in a duplex, which was fantastic. There is ample space, more than enough.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
