Our description

Olivelias House is the renovated accommodation in a magical area of Elia beach. It is on a quiet location, in the first row to the sea. In the offer are only three accommodation units, so privacy is guaranteed.

The sea is at 20m, the complex Acrotel with shops, bakeries and bars is at about 50m, the famous tavern Bukadura is at about 500m, while Nikiti and big supermarkets along the highway are about 10km away.

The triple apartment is ideal for one couple and a child. It has a bedroom with one double bed, a kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, small stove and the necessary utensils, a living room with one sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower and curtain (no shower tray). This small apartment provides guests with most of the yard for relaxation and comfort. This apartment is not currently available.

Entrance to the quintuple apartment is on the ground floor, on the backside of the house, while looking from the front side it is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms with one double bed each, equipped kitchen, one sofa bed in the living room and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The advantage of this apartment is its location in the yard and a pleasant environment during summer nights. Children can play safely in the yard while enjoying nature.

The maisonette for six people has a kitchen and living room on the lower level, two bedrooms with a bathroom on the upper level and an exit to two terraces (to the front and back of the yard). The kitchen has a large stove, large refrigerator with freezer and the necessary kitchen equipment. In the bedrooms, there are one double i.e. two bunk beds, and in the living room, there's a corner sofa for two. The bathroom has a shower tray. The front balcony offers a view of the sea and the greenery typical for Elia beach.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are replaced in the middle of the stay.

The yard is enclosed, with lots of greenery, flowers and paths, it's ideal for relaxation and safe for children to play. Also, free umbrellas and beach chairs are available.

Elia beach is situated between Nikiti and N. Marmaras in the Halkidiki peninsula of northern Greece which are 10 minutes away by car. It's known for its clean and quiet beaches. People who visit Elia beach, always remember wonderful sunrises and sunsets, swimming under trees shades and enjoying moonlight nights feeling grateful.

Spending a holiday in Elia beach has the great advantage of visiting the most beautiful part of Halkidiki, Sithonia and its wonderful beaches, such as Porto Koufo, Tristinika, Kalamitsi, Vourvourou, St. Nicholas, Trani Ammouda, Sykia, Sarti and Nikiti with its amazing taverns and bars. There is also a great number of beaches near Elia, such as Kalogria and St. Ioannis beach with their unique sand and sea experience.

The maisonette is suitable for up to six persons. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are on the top floor, while on the first floor, there's a kitchen with basic household appliances and a living room. There are two balconies that overlook the front and back yard. The front balcony is magnificent in the morning for having breakfast with a sea view. Having lunch is preferred on the back yard balcony, to enjoy your meal in cool conditions. At night, both balconies offer relaxation for reading.

The quituple apartment in the yard has two bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen with basic appliances and a living room. It's comfortable and cool in the summer season and children can safely play in the yard enjoying nature.

The double apartment is suitable for one couple, with one bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen with basic appliances and a living room. Comfortable and cool in the summer season, this small apartment gives the most of the yard to the visitor and the sense of relaxation in a small, cosy place.

You can take your pets with you if they stay in our garden, which is allowed, but not in rooms.

Towels and bed linen replacement, as well as cleaning, is provided once a week.
