Our description
Suite Homes is accommodation in Kanali, with modern apartments for two to four people. Amenities include a beautifully landscaped yard, pool with furniture, pool bar, private parking and wireless internet. Pets are allowed upon request.
Beach in Kanali is a five-minute walk away, and this accommodation is located halfway between Parga and Sivote from one, and Preveze on the other hand.
Suite Homes has one studio on the ground floor for two people with a double bed (about 28m2); four Family apartments for 2-4 people (ground floor or first floor), two separate bedrooms (about 40m2) with double and two single beds and one King Suite apartment on the first floor for 2-4 people, one separate bedroom (about 40m2) with with a double bed and a large sofa bed for two people.
The apartments are stylishly furnished, have an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a hairdryer, LCD TV, air conditioning, soundproofing, mosquito nets and a terrace with seating.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Driving on the main road towards Preveza, in Kanali, 350m after the Vaggelis tavern, turn off the road to the left, then turn into the first street on the left and after 100m you will see this accommodation on the right.

Surrounded by stunning raw nature in Kanali Village, Suite Homes is an open-hearted intimate estate delivering an Ionian escape for everyone. Our warm modern setting in earthy tones perfectly complements the beauty of the surrounding area. Bright Ionian sky, blue and green seascapes, ancient secrets waiting to be revealed to those willing to indulge.
The apartments are new, luxurious, spacious with a separate kitchen, bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms.
They are fully equipped with electric ceramic cooker, fridge, flat screen 2 x LCD TV inches (one in each room), free high speed wi-fi internet, sheets, towels and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.There is plenty of space at the backyard for the kids to play in a safe environment.
We also have pouf sunbeds and umbrellas and a beautiful garden.
There is also bar area and free parking area.Close to our apartments there are restaurants, bars, coffee shops, beach bars, bakery, super market, pharmacy, playground and luna park.
We have 3 types of suites / apartments:
• FAMILY SUITE apartments (42 m2) with a separate kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony, and 2 separate bedrooms (one master bedroom with a king size double bed and another bedroom with two separate beds)
• KING SUITE apartment (44 m2) with a separate kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and master bedroom with a king size double bed and a big sofa that can turn into two big size separate single beds.
• STUDIO apartment (30 m2) with a kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and bedroom with king size double bed and a sofa bed for kids.
We can also add in all our Suites, without any extra cost, extra bed, or baby cot.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.05.2024 to 31.07.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Discount
For reservations for period from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
