The apartments are stylishly furnished, have an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a hairdryer, LCD TV, air conditioning, soundproofing, mosquito nets and a terrace with seating.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
