Rouchotas Apartments is located on a coastal street near the center in Argostoli on Kefalonia Island. They offer nicely furnished, very clean and bright apartments.

The accommodation is located about 300m from the port and 1km from the beach. Nearby is a super market, as well as a coffe shop on the ground floor of the building.

They offer nine apartments located on the second and third floor. Some of them have a beautiful view on the sea or city. There is also an elevator which can be used to get to apartments.

SECOND FLOOR

STUDIO B1 is largest studio, 45m2 with partial city view. It can accommodate one family with two children diferent ages. There are king size bed and one sofa for two persons. There is TV, A/C,Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin and washing mashine.

STUDIO B2 is studio about 29m2 with garden view. It can accommodate one couple with small child, because there is possibility to add one baby cot or extra bed. There are two joined single beds,TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin and washing mashine.

STUDIO B3 is studio 40m2 with a sea view. It can accommodate one family with two children diferent ages. There are two joined single beds and one sofa for two person, There is TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin.

STUDIO B4 is a 35m2 studio with a wonderful view of the sea. It can host a family, and there is the possibility of adding a cot. It consists of one room in which there are two joined single beds and two bed drawers that can be pulled out to the height of a standard bed. It has a TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The bathroom is spacious and has an enclosed shower cabin.

STUDIO B5 is studio 37m2 with a beautilful sea view. It can accommodate one couple with small child, because there is possibility to add one baby cot. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin.

THIRD FLOOR

STUDIO C1 is 20m2 in size and is ideal for couples. It consists of one room with a queen-size bed. It has a smart TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The bathroom has a shower cabin. What sets this studio apart is its spacious terrace with comfortable seating and a view of the city.

STUDIO C2 is studio which has 28m2 whit garden view. It’s ideal for one couple without children. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom has a shower cabin.

STUDIO C3 is 42m2 in size. It is ideal for a family of four, a family with three small children, or for couples who want more space and comfort. It consists of one room with a king-size bed and flexible sofas for two more people. There is also the possibility of adding a crib. It features a smart TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower cabin. What also sets this studio apart from others is the large terrace with a lovely view of the sea and the entire bay.

STUDIO C4 is 32m2 in size. It is ideal for couples or families with one young child, as there is the possibility of adding an extra bed or a baby crib. It consists of one room with a king-size bed. It has a TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, as well as a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower cabin. It has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the entire bay.

Cleaning is done daily and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
