Our description
Rouchotas Apartments is located on a coastal street near the center in Argostoli on Kefalonia Island. They offer nicely furnished, very clean and bright apartments.
The accommodation is located about 300m from the port and 1km from the beach. Nearby is a super market, as well as a coffe shop on the ground floor of the building.
They offer nine apartments located on the second and third floor. Some of them have a beautiful view on the sea or city.
There is also an elevator which can be used to get to apartments.
SECOND FLOOR
STUDIO B1 is largest studio, 45m2 with partial city view. It can accommodate one family with two children diferent ages. There are two joined single beds and one sofa for two persons. There is TV, A/C,Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin and washing mashine.
STUDIO B2 is studio about 29m2 with garden view. It can accommodate one couple with small child, because there is possibility to add one baby cot or extra bed. There are two joined single beds,TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin and washing mashine.
STUDIO B3 is studio 40m2 with a sea view. It can accommodate one family with two children diferent ages. There are two joined single beds and one sofa for two person, There is TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin.
STUDIO B4 is studio 35m2 with a beautilful sea view. It can accommodate one couple with small child, because there is possibility to add one baby cot. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin.
STUDIO B5 is studio 37m2 with a beautilful sea view. It can accommodate one couple with small child, because there is possibility to add one baby cot. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin.
THIRD FLOOR
STUDIO C1 is the smallest studio about 20m2.. It's ideal for one couple without children. There is one double bed, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is also smaller and has a shower cabin. This studio has a spacious terrace with comfortable seating chairs and has a city view.
STUDIO C2 is studio which has 28m2 whit garden view. It's ideal for one couple without children. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom has a shower cabin.
STUDIO C3 is studio which has 42m2. It can accommodate one family with three small children. There is one double bed and one sofa for two person. There is possability to add a one baby cot. There is also TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin. It has a large terrace with a sea view and the entire bay.
STUDIO C4 is studio which has 32m2. It is ideal for a couple without children or for couple with one small child. because there is a possibility to add a baby cot. There are two joined single beds, TV, A/C, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with oven. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower cabin. It has large terrace with a sea view and the entire bay. Small pets are allowed upon request.
All units have A/C, TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower cabin and terrace.
They also offer a special program for people with allergies, the "Ten Points Allergy-friendly program", which is available on request.
Cleaning is done daily and bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
Private parking is located opposite the house.

Owners description
Rouchotas Apartments are situated in Argostoli, the commercial and administrative center of Kefalonia. The house is located in one of the coastal streets near the town center and the pedestrian zone. Besides the accommodation in modern equipped apartments, our guests also have the opportunity to feel all the delights of this picturesque harbour town.
Rouchotas Apartments are holders of the EOT license of the Greek National Tourist Organization, which controls the quality and ranking of accommodation facilities. We provide nine apartments on the second and third floor of a building with an elevator, overlooking the sea or the town. Rouchotas Apartments are located near the ferry boat station for Lixouri, a small town located on the west side of the island. By using the ferry, you avoid the detour and get to the beautiful beaches on that side of the island faster. As a special convenience, we highlight the parking lot located across from the house.
On the ground floor of the building are situated a supermarket Express Market and a cafe Coffee Break.
We take special care of our youngest guests with additional services that we provide, setting us apart from others.
With the aim to make your holidays a fond memory, we always try to make your stay pleasant.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartmani Rouchotas u Argostoliju (ostrvo Kefalonija) su u potpunosti ispunili i čak premašili naša očekivanja! Izuzetno su dobro opremljeni, kreveti su vrlo udbbni, tu je kablovska televizija, odličan Internet i sve ostalo što vam je potrebno imate na raspolaganju, čak i veš mašinu. Tu su i peškiri za plažu koje menjate svaki dan, nešto što se zaista retko sreće. Vlasnica (gospođa Verica) je izuzetno ljubazna i komunikacija sa njom je bila na sjajnom nivou. Obavezno doplatite doručak, imate više opcija na raspolaganju i sve je izuzetno dobro spremljeno i ukusno, a tu su i neke stvari na koje ste navikli kod kuće (kafa, mleko, paštete, sokovi, itd). Objekat poseduje recepciju, biblioteku, lift i sve je vrlo lepo uređeno. Do centra Argostolija je samo nekoliko minuta hoda. Argostoli i Kefalonija uopšte su izuzetno lepi, mnogo je plaža i mesta koje vredi posetiti! Jedna zanimljivost - u okviru objekta je počasni konzulat Srbije na Kefaloniji, tako da ste praktično kod kuće! :-) Preporučujem da na YouTube-u pogledate „SAT patrolu” iz 2022. godine, tu možete videti kako izgleda putovanje automobilom. Izuzetna ljubaznost domaćina, sjajan apartman, odlična lokacija! Šteta što terasa nije veća. Objekat se nalazi odmah pored glavne ulice i pristaništa trajekta i to nekome može predstavljati problem, nama apsolutno nije. Nema privatnog parkinga. Postoje dva javna besplatna parkinga ispred objekta na kojima uglavnom ima slobodnog mesta. Verovatno je idealno vreme za posetu Kefaloniji septembar, u avgustu računajte na veliki broj turista.

Charming host and excellent accomodation and value for money. Sun terrace garden and balcony overlooking the water. I've never had a studio with its own washer dryer before. Very central and free parking adjacent. Highly recommended.
