Our description

Maria House is a house in the village of Metagitsi built above an ancient city called Asa, which at the same time can easily satisfy the needs of both mountain lovers and sea lovers. Comfortable and extremely tidy accommodation units are equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and the kind and attentive owner will make sure that you feel at home here.

The beach and the coast are about 5 km away from the village, and in the place there is a square where local products are sold, post office, excellent village taverns, several shops, a kiosk and a supermarket.

The house offers four accommodation units on the ground floor for rent (about 30m2) - three studios for two or three people and one quaduple apartment. On the first floor is one more quadruple apartment.

Triple studio no. 1 has one double and one single bed, a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Triple studio no. 2 is equipped identically as studio no.1, only that instead of a stove, it has hot plates.
Double studio no. 3 has a double bed, a stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The apartment no. 4 on the ground floor, in the living room with kitchen has a sofa bed and a single bed, while in a separate bedroom there is a double bed. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer and a stove.
The apartment no. 5 on the first floor, in the living room with kitchen has bunk beds, while in a separate bedroom there is a double bed. The kitchen is the same as in the apartment no. 4.

All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning, coffee maker and toaster. In front of the entrance of unit on the ground floor there are porches equipped with table and chairs, while studio no. 1 next to this veranda has another one at the back of the building overlooking the yard. Apartment no. 5 also has two balconies, one in front and one behind. The bathroom in the apartments has a shower tray, while the studios have only tiles.
A baby cot is available on request, as well as the possibility of adding an extra bed (with extra charge). Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners. Changing of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done in the middle of the stay.

In front of the building there is a beautifully landscaped lawn with a shared awning covering a comfortable seating area.
Private parking is provided for all the guests.

If you want to feel the authentic traditional spirit of Greece, try delicious local specialties and spend your vacation away from the eyes of mass tourism, and the proximity of the beach is not your priority - Maria House and Metagitsi could be a good choice for you.
