Alex Apartment is located in the heart of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia, built in a Venetian style, at the distance 120m from the port where ferries depart for Lixouri, the second largest city on the island. There is also one of the main tourist attractions of this place, Kareta-Kareta turtles that you can watch daily from the shore, and 2.4 km from the city, there is a tourist attraction known as Fanari, that is, the Saint Theodore Lighthouse, as well as the Fanari Beach. Within walking distance are the central square, promenade, numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, library, theater and an open-air cinema. Some of Kefalonia’s famous beaches, such as Makris and Platis Gialos, are within a ten-minute drive.

This ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023 and is designed to accommodate up to four people. It includes a living room with a kitchen and dining area, where a sofa for two people is located, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms.

Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be added.

Within this air-conditioned apartment, with independent cooling units in the living room and bedroom, guests have on their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Guests can spend time on the enclosed veranda equipped with a table and two chairs.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the unit during the stay, as well as changing of linens and towels, is done every three days.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
