Kaly Mare Sithonia Apartment is located in the coastal settlement of Kalives, south of Poligyros, on the Aegean coast, between the first and second peninsulas of Halkidiki. You have at your disposal the entire facility with a beautifully landscaped yard, located in a quiet area, 220 meters from the beach and the turquoise blue sea. It provides you with a pleasant and pleasant vacation and is an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings.
This facility, which has a maisonette structure on three levels, can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. The first level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The second level, which is on the first floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third level, which is at the height of the second floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom. In two bedrooms, on the second level, there are double beds, while in the bedroom on the third level there are two single beds and one sofa for two people.
On request and within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned facility, where air conditioners are located in the living room and in each bedroom, free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are at guests’ disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle.
This property has two balconies, each bedroom on the first floor opens onto its own balcony, equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, while the lower level has a private veranda equipped with a set of seats that leads to a beautifully landscaped and fenced yard.
Pets are not welcome in this facility.
During their stay, guests take care of the hygiene and cleaning of the apartment themselves. They have at their disposal a clean set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves. A cleaning service is also available for an additional fee.
A parking space for two vehicles is provided for the guests of the accommodation, in the yard of the facility.

Exceptional accommodation. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the owner is fantastic. All appliances are new, with air conditioning in every room. The internet is extremely fast, powered by SpaceX Starlink. The owner has provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including toilet paper, sanitary products, personal hygiene items, and laundry detergents. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all necessary cookware and utensils. Highly recommended.
