Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Kaly Mare Sithonia Apartment is located in the coastal settlement of Kalives, south of Poligyros, on the Aegean coast, between the first and second peninsulas of Halkidiki. You have at your disposal the entire facility with a beautifully landscaped yard, located in a quiet area, 250 meters from the beach and the turquoise blue sea. It provides you with a pleasant and pleasant vacation and is an ideal choice for families and friendly gatherings.
This facility, which has a maisonette structure on three levels, can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. The first level, located on the ground floor, includes a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. The second level, which is on the first floor, has two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third level, which is at the height of the second floor, there is one bedroom and a bathroom. In two bedrooms, on the second level, there are double beds, while in the bedroom on the third level there is one bed for one person and one sofa for two people.
