Owners description
Minas Apartments is the accommodation located in Divarata, in an ideal place in the center of the island, 1,5km from Myrtos, the most famous and beautiful beach in Kefalonia.
The accommodation was built in a verdant landscape with the idea to create a small, standard accommodation unit, where visitors can relax, rest and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It consists of 14 spacious studios and apartments for 2-5 people.
There are six double studios with one double bed, four spacious triple studios with one double and a single bed, and two large quadruple studios with one double and two single beds (there's a dividing wall between a double and single beds), kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C and a hairdryer.
Two apartments have two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C and a hairdryer.
Facilities include free internet, ample parking, breakfast, BBQ, wood oven, A/C, kitchen, hairdryer, TV and a playground.
Our Nouvo Café was created with great care combining stone elements of the area and wood, giving its visitors the joy of the warm atmosphere. Here you can relax enjoying a cup of coffee, natural juice or cocktail, the handmade sweets, burgers, club sandwiches, gyros, pizza, toast, fresh salads, ice cream, donuts and yoghurt parfait, or local wine, beer, ouzo and tsipouro with tasty meze.
Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
