Our description
Mirtia Studios is the accommodation in the village of Minia, near Svoronata and the airport, about 300m from the beach. It offers studios for 2-3 people, quadruple apartments, a beautifully landscaped yard, free wireless internet and private parking.
The accommodation is located 6km from Argostoli, on a family estate (101a) strewn with olives, palms, vine and other trees.
10 studios for three persons have one double and a single bed, i.e. one double and an auxiliary bed.
Two apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, and the kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven and washing machine.
There's also one duplex apartment with one double and two single beds and a bathroom in each bedroom.
All accommodation units are characterized by a high level of cleanliness and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or porch with a seating area and a sea view. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed on a daily basis.
Apart from ample parking, the yard has a barbecue, deck chairs and outdoor furniture. It's shaded and ideal for socializing, and the large lawn for running and playing, along with toys, will make the youngest ones very happy.
Drive along the coast (parallel to the highway) from Argostoli then take right at the Casa Buganvilla and after turning into the second street on the right continue ahead for another 700m. Make a right again and 100m later you will see this accommodation on your left.

Owner description
The family business Myrtia Studios is set in a 2,5 acres property, in the coastal village of Minies, less than 9km from Argostoli. In the plentiful garden, you will find different fruit trees, a vineyard and an olive grove, but also a fixed barbecue, a wood-fired oven and private parking space.
Our sea view studios are provided with air-conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. There are two quadruple duplex apartments with two separate bedrooms and one quadruple apartment on the ground floor with one separate bedroom and another two beds are in the living room.
You have access to two organized sandy beaches within 300m, while the famous beaches of Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos are 4,5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Upravo smo se vratili iz ovog smeštaja, dvorište je tik uz samu pistu, pa slušate tutnjavu aviona od 8 ujutru do ponoći svaki dan, studio u kome smo bili je ekstremno mali i definitivno nije predviđen da u njemu borave 3 osobe, izuzetno je oskudno opremljen, nameštaj je izuzetno star, ni jedna fioka nije bila ispravna, u rukama mi je svaki put ostajala ručka, fioka ili ispada ili ni ne može da se otvori, imali smo u funkciji bukvalno pola jednog malog ormana, kuhinja sa prastarim aparatima koji je pravo čudo da uopšte ikako rade, u kupatilu nije bilo dovoljno držača za peškire tako da je održavanje higijene bilo otežano, komarnik u kupatilu je bio pun rupa i tu stalno ulazili komarci, ta obližnja plaža ( jedina do koje možete bez auta) je užasna iz prostog razloga što svaki čas lete avioni i smrdi kerozin, a kerezin (ili nafta) su umrljani u pesak na plaži, pa se ista crni, tako da je stvarno sramota da se ovaj smeštaj reklamira za porodice sa decom…

Smeštaj se nalazi neposredno uz pistu, tik uz aerodrom, što mu daje posebni šmek, sa terase smo često gledali poletanje i sletanje aviona...Ogromno, prostrano i uređeno dvorište, ušuškan parkić za decu, lepi i čisti apartmani. Na svaka tri dana su nam čistili i menjali posteljinu i peškire. Fotis je uslužan i spontan. Najbliža plaža je na par minuta hoda od smeštaja a sve druge koje vredi posetiti su na svega par km, pored Lasija. Topla preporuka, vratićemo se sigurno!
