Discover our three distinct havens; Utopia, Euphoria and Armonia situated amongst established olive groves, where you will experience the perfect synthesis of tradition and modernity. The foundation of each villa is embodied within the philosophy and true love of the art of stone “litho”, originating from the ancient Greek word meaning large rock.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing accommodation properties, but we cannot guarantee that all descriptions are complete and error-free.

Important information
- Adults are considered to be persons older than 19 years.
- Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
