Our House Luxury Apartments is a high-quality accommodation that offers units with spacious balconies overlooking the sea. Guests also have access to a large courtyard with well-maintained lawn.
This accommodation is located 450m from the beach and offers two apartments on the first floor - Sea and Sky.
Sea Apartment (90m2) features a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the living room has a sofa for two adults, which can be turned into a bed, as well as an additional French bed separated from the sofa by a screen. The terrace is spacious, with a sea view.
Sky Apartment (91m2) is spread over two levels and is a mezzanine with two separate bedrooms, each with a French bed. There are also two fold-out sofas, each accommodating one person. The unit has a terrace with a sea view.
Both apartments have equipped kitchens, air conditioning and TV sets, internet, mosquito nets, and owners can provide a baby cot upon request, prior to reservation.
The courtyard is fenced, spacious, and well-maintained by the owners. There is no private parking, but guests can easily park in front of the accommodation as there is usually enough space.
Cleaning, towel and linen change are done every third day.

Our House/Luxury Apartments is an exquisite establishment comprising three fully and partially furnished flats. The property is situated in Palio Tsifliki within the Kavala Prefecture, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, just 10 km west of Kavala, making it an ideal destination for those in search of the tranquility that nature, sun, and sea provide for their vacation.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
