Our description
Ventura Rooms is the accommodation in Lassi, in a place that one of the most beautiful sea views in the whole city. It offers bright and beautiful studios for two, ample private parking and a true Mediterranean atmosphere. The large courtyard full of flowers, trees and greenery is the first thing guests see and immediately after entering the property, a perfect panoramic view of the Ionian sea opens up.
The villa offers seven identical studios for two, with one double or two single beds. All studios have a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a beautiful sea view. In front of the studios, there is a porch, i.e. a balcony without a fence, so the sense of the width of the studio is enhanced. Since there are not many accommodation units, privacy is guaranteed.
The accommodation is nicely maintained and the studios are always clean and tidy. Cleaning is performed on daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.

Ventura Rooms is the accommodation in Lassi, 900m from Platys Gialos beach and offers free WiFi internet, garden, barbecue and free private parking.
All accommodation units (25m2) are air-conditioned and have a TV, a kitchenette equipped with a toaster, refrigerator and a kettle, bathroom with shower, two single beds and a view of the sea and sunset from the veranda.
Bike hire is available at the property and the area is popular for fishing, canoeing and hiking.
The nearest airport is Kefalonia (5km).

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
