We were accommodated in a duplex apartment on the first floor, and we have nothing but praise for this accommodation. The rooms are spacious, clean, adequately furnished, and air-conditioned. The kitchen has everything necessary but is equipped in a minimalist style, so it may not be the best choice for those planning to cook more seriously; the refrigerator is quite large with a bigger compartment. The terrace and yard are vast with a view of the sea, providing ample privacy so that, despite the crowd, we do not disturb each other. The location is excellent, very close to the main street. The nearest beach is beautiful, about 400 meters away. All in all, I give the highest ratings for location, accommodation, and the kindness of the hostess. Highly recommended.

A lovely accommodation with an even lovelier owner, Doris, who went above and beyond for us and was incredibly accommodating. The rooms are regularly cleaned, the furniture is very comfortable, and the overall appearance of the apartment is stunning. The secured parking was also a significant advantage for us. The only drawback is that the streets leading to the apartment are quite narrow; if you are driving, you need to be very cautious. Everything else was perfect!

I stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms. It was tidy and clean. The view from the terrace was phenomenal. The owners were very kind. The rooms were even better than in the photographs.

A wonderful place to stay. I recommend using a mobile drying rack for wet clothes instead of hanging them around the space.

We had a paid triple room. The double bed was actually made up of two beds, with wood in the middle. The third bed was not a proper bed, but rather a folding metal cot, like those used in gardens, on wheels and with a mattress only three fingers thick. There was no coffee pot or dish strainer. She only brought the strainer when I asked for it, and it was dirty because it had been left somewhere. There was no soap, she provided only one roll of paper throughout our stay. In the end, she requested a tax of 50 cents per day. On the stove, only one burner worked while the other did not. The room was at the end of the hall, making it impossible to air it out. There was no privacy as we had to walk past every terrace to reach our room. The studio is on a hill; while it offers a beautiful sunset, the walk is exhausting. In the evening, a pleasant breeze blows. However, where the laundry spreads, there is a row of oleanders. I had to dry my laundry at the neighbor's (the wire belonging to their room) when they were not there. Considering that I found much more luxurious accommodation for a lot less money, Despina is overrated. For the same price, one can find much nicer and more comfortable places by the sea. The owner is German, so she speaks excellent English. Thanks to Nikana for the cooperation; you are professional as always.

Considering the prices of other accommodations, there is truly nothing to complain about this one. It is not spectacular, but for this price, it is genuinely worthwhile. Lasi is an excellent location in both cases - whether you have your own transport or not. It is not overcrowded with tourists (by that, I mean there are no traffic jams, overcrowded restaurants, or packed beaches); it has a main street with shops and restaurants, several excellent (walking) beaches, and the capital is 3 km away... Additionally, if you have your own car, Lidl (7 km away) will be significant for you, where everyday necessities are much cheaper than in other stores. The location is convenient as you are, in a way, in the center of the island, meaning all other places are equally distant, and you won’t waste the whole day traveling somewhere (the farthest is Fiskardo - an hour and 15 minutes, but it is far from being the most important place on the island). The accommodation itself, as I mentioned, is not exceptional in comfort; all apartments are on the ground floor, where everyone passes by, making it somewhat problematic to have privacy, meaning you need to close the blinds. Besides this drawback, a significant plus is the owner, who is a wonderful woman and will assist you with anything you need. Moreover, it is positively located - slightly above the main street in Lasi, so it takes no more than 2 or 5 minutes to reach shops and beaches. For those who care, the view from the terrace at sunset is excellent. All in all, the price-quality ratio is the most decisive here, and there is nothing to criticize based on that. The recommendation is positive, and you won’t go wrong (although you might think so on the first day).

The apartments are basic but exceptionally clean, with cleaning services every two days. The owner of the apartments is very pleasant, always available for any questions and open to any arrangements. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

We vacationed in apartment number 5, which features four beds and offers a stunning view of the sea. The apartment consists of two separate rooms, each with two new and comfortable beds, and large balcony doors that, when opened, provide a direct view of the sea. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped, with a dining table, a standard-sized refrigerator, and all essential kitchen utensils, except that instead of a standard stove, there is a cooktop with two burners. The bathroom is functional, and the Wi-Fi is of decent speed. We did not find it necessary to use the air conditioning, as the accommodation is situated on an elevation where a gentle breeze always brings freshness. The cleanliness is satisfactory; the rooms are cleaned daily, and the linens and towels are changed every other day. The landlady, Doris, is pleasant and unobtrusive, speaking excellent English, German, and Greek. There is ample parking for all guests within the accommodation. What sets this property apart is the beautiful spacious balcony from which one can enjoy views of the sea and mountains, furnished with sun loungers and seating arrangements. The property is surrounded by a garden full of flowers and trees that provide natural shade. The terrace also features outdoor showers, allowing guests to rinse off after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this accommodation because, in relation to quality, price, and services, my rating is 5+.

The Wi-Fi internet speed is satisfactory. There are enough parking spaces available. The landlady, Doris, is a very pleasant and unobtrusive person. The kitchen is of standard size and includes a refrigerator, which is a plus, but instead of a standard stove, there is a two-burner hot plate, limiting its use to basic cooking like coffee and breakfast. On the promenade, which is just around the corner, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes where you can dine at reasonable prices. Cleanliness is at a satisfactory level, with basic cleaning done daily, and linens and towels changed every other day. The accommodation is located in the middle of the settlement and is just a few meters away from the main street promenade, with all beaches nearby, allowing for easy walking access. The property is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden filled with flowers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I rate it a 5 based on the quality of service, price, and quality.
