Owners description
We have six newly built and fully-equipped apartments which are set in a traditional-style garden full of flowers. Our apartments have a panoramic view of Mount Ainos, the highest mountain on the island, and of the endless blue of the Ionian Sea.
Each apartment is independent and is decorated in its own unique style - traditional, rustic, neoclassical, modern, youthful and Mediterranean. The bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small sitting area are upstairs, and you can relax on the balcony and admire the wonderful view over the sea to the island of Zakynthos. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a table for eating, a living room and a second bathroom. The balcony leads out to the garden.
We can also provide breakfast, lunch or dinner for our guests and we are very happy to organize car or bike rentals. Also, if you want to explore the beauty of our island, we can organize either group or individual excursions.
Each apartment is 70m2 and is built on two levels, other than the ground floor apartment which is on one level.
Our apartments are only about 600m from the sea, following the road downhill as our village is built around the beach like an amphitheater. The beach itself has been awarded a Blue Flag for many years and it’s one of the best on the whole island.

Bookings
Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
