Spacious, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped, Alexander Apartments is the accommodation located in one of the most ideal positions in Kefalonia, in the center of Skala, on a peaceful road, just 100m from the famous beach and shopping centre. It’s the ideal place to experience Skala’s beach and nightlife, yet being able to relax in a quiet location and enjoy the natural beauty of Kefalonia.
The accommodation consists of six spacious and luxurious apartments with a bedroom ( one double or two single beds), a separate living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and a bathroom. All the apartments are modernly furnished, air-conditioned, with access to a wireless internet network and a full or partial sea view.

Apartment No. 1 is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a patio with limited sea view.
Apartment No. 2 is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a patio with limited sea view.
Apartment No. 3 is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a big balcony with sea view.
Apartment No. 4 is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a big balcony with sea view.
Apartment No. 5 is located on the second floor. It has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a big balcony with excellent sea view.
Apartment No. 6 is located on the second floor. It has a bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, dining table and a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a big balcony with excellent sea view.

Bookings
Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
