Owners description
Theodora Studios and Apartments is the accommodation set in an ideal location in Skala, at just 100m from the commercial center, 50m from supermarkets and only 500m from the beach, yet away from noise and traffic.
The complex consists of seven studios, two duplex apartments for 4-5 people and one apartment for four guests. They all have a TV, A/C, a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and a balcony or terrace. It's surrounded with a grassy garden with flowers and trees, where you can relax at the sunbeds and umbrellas free of any charge for the customers.
Next to the Theodora Studios and Apartments, you will find the Ocean View Hotel, with swimming pool and bar, where you are welcome to have a drink by the swimming pool and enjoy the summer sun.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
