Elia Villa is located on the island of Lefkada, in the village of Frini, 550m away from Agios Ioannis beach. The complex features a spacious courtyard with two pools, a bar, and a restaurant serving breakfast. Additionally, there is a children’s playground, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, as well as table tennis. It is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by lush greenery. The comfortable accommodation units are carefully designed to ensure a pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Accommodation units are available on the ground floor and first floor.

A studio can accommodate up to two adults, consisting of a bathroom and a kitchen with a double bed. An apartment can accommodate up to two adults and two children, comprising a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to WiFi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with two or four burners and a coffee maker. The apartments also feature a large oven and a big fridge, while the studio is equipped with a standard fridge with a freezer compartment.

The veranda, furnished with a seating set, offers a view of the courtyard.

Guests have access to a reception, as well as a bar and a restaurant where breakfast is available at an additional charge. The stay includes the use of sun loungers and umbrellas at the beach and by the pool, as well as basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, with the option to play table tennis. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
