Our description
Villa Elia is located in Lefkas-i.e. Frini, 300 meters from the sandy Agios Ioannis Beach in an idyllic surrounding. It is situated on a large lot full of greenery, trees and amenities for children and adults. It offers free Wi-Fi and private parking by the pool, children's playground and table tennis.
The nearest bakery and shop are about 600m away.
Villa Elia is one of three buildings within the complex of the same name. It offers suites that can accommodate up to four people and studios for two. The accommodation units are renovated, bright and comfortable.
The suites are 50m2 in size, with a double bed in the bedroom and one or two sofa beds in the living area. They have a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, large fridge, dishes, appliances), a dining area, as well as a bathroom with hot tub and hairdryer.
The studios are 19m2 and have one double bed, a smaller but equipped kitchen (small fridge, hob, dishes) and a bathroom with shower.
All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, a safe, as well as a terrace or patio overlooking the garden.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is daily.
You can reach the object by coming to the village of Frini, turn right at the small church, drive about 100m, where you turn left and after 300m turn right, then into the first street on the left and after 100m on the left you reach the courtyard of the villa.

Villa Elia provides modern, self-contained and perfectly furnished studios and one bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchen, WC, telephone, TV and air condition. Some suites are also provided for an advanced sence and experience of luxury and elegance. Villa Elia is completely reconstructed recently. Designed and decorated in traditional style, offers luxurious suites with jacuzzi and secure, roofed parking lots for each apartment.
It is located at the centre of VILLA ELIA complex at a distance of 50m from the swimming pool and 350m from the Ai Yannis beach. The traditional stone-made fountain and spring, the kiosks and the green pergolas give a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere.
It also provides ground floor studios, which were recently renewed.
It offers a comfortable, well-tended, all green open space of 12.000m2 with swimming pool (for adults and for children with hydromassage), Snack Bar, where breakfast can be served, playground, basketball, volleyball, tennis court, table tennis, secure, private and roofed parking lots, exclusive for every apartment.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
