Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 2 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Garden Room is situated in an excellent location, just a few steps from the beach in Peraia, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat close to the sea.
This room, with its private entrance, is part of a family apartment located on the second floor of a residential building without an elevator. It is designed to accommodate up to two adults and features a double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace.
Although this air-conditioned accommodation does not have a kitchen, guests have access to basic appliances for preparing light meals, such as a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Additionally, free WiFi, a washing machine and a hairdryer are provided.
A special perk is the availability of two bicycles throughout the stay, allowing guests to easily explore the surroundings and enjoy the beauty of this area.
