We were accommodated in Itamos Studio in September, during a calm and peaceful period. We had a delightful experience. The studio was not large, but it was quite sufficient for two people. The kitchen is small and contains only the most essential elements and dishes. It suffices for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is also small but functional. The terrace overlooks a spacious, well-maintained yard. The location is wonderful. It's close enough to the beach, just a few minutes away, while also being slightly removed from all the hustle and bustle. It's near the town for leisurely evening strolls. It is impeccably clean; in ten days, they cleaned and changed bed linens and towels three times. The owners are very kind, always present yet unobtrusive. Upon our arrival, we were treated to a cake, after a few days we received sutlijash, and upon departure, we were given a gift. Truly hospitable. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation comes highly recommended, especially for those seeking peace and tranquility while still being close to Neos Maramarasa, where they can take an evening stroll (15 minutes on foot to the center). The main advantages include the proximity to Paradisos beach (about 50 meters away), which boasts crystal clear and warm waters, a spacious yard with secure parking, and a friendly, unobtrusive hostess who delights guests with homemade pastries, cold sutlijaš, and thoughtful gifts for children (our son received a pair of shorts and a t-shirt on the first day!), as well as a full bag of gifts we received upon leaving the accommodation and heading home! We have never experienced anything like this before. Additionally, I must highlight the high level of cleanliness in the apartment, with bed linen and towels changed every three days. Nearby, there is a large supermarket and an excellent bakery. In the apartment, we found everything we needed: air conditioning, a mosquito net, a TV, a lovely terrace, etc. We were also provided with a new sponge for washing dishes and detergent, a dishcloth, soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper was regularly supplied. The only drawback is the size of the studio (we stayed in a 1/3 studio), which could be a bit larger and more comfortable, as well as the size of the kitchen, which was indeed quite small. Furthermore, although it states that there is internet access, it is very weak. However, despite these criticisms, the studio deserves a rating of 5 and our warmest recommendation.

A beautiful house with a lovely garden. The landlady deserves all the praise; she is exceptionally accommodating and kind, even though she does not speak English. The hygiene is commendable. We had our bedding changed three times in ten days. The proximity to the beach is the biggest advantage. The beach is literally 50 meters from the house. These are the positive aspects of this accommodation. However, there are a few things that I personally did not like: 1. The kitchen is so small that there is practically no space to set down two plates. There is hardly any workspace in the kitchen. The utensils are scarce, barely sufficient for four people: one pot, one frying pan, three plates, and three glasses. All in all, I spent very little time in the kitchen for the aforementioned reasons, as the cramped space made me feel uneasy. 2. Another thing I did not appreciate was the excessive tidiness and everything being in order. The landlady's husband spends the entire day in the yard, picking up every leaf that falls from the trees. Several times a day, the yard is cleaned of fallen flower petals... After 11 PM, there is no sitting in the yard, meaning no socializing, and certainly no music. The rest period from 3 PM to 5 PM is strictly enforced, and children are not allowed to play outside with a ball during that time. We would retreat from the sun and come in for lunch at that time. I respect all of this, the house rules and such... it’s all fine. But personally, I would not come back here because I did not feel relaxed. I was constantly tense, wondering if the children would make noise and if the landlady's husband would pop out from some corner, as I felt he was always lurking around. We chose this house mainly for the large yard because we have small children, yet it turned out that the children spent most of their time with us in the room. We didn't even grill once in the evenings, although we used to do that in previous years in Greece. We did not find it enjoyable under these circumstances.

The accommodation was excellent, and the owner was extremely kind. I regret that we encountered an issue at the very beginning of our vacation, but that does not diminish the kindness and hospitality we enjoyed from the start until the end. The cleanliness was at a commendable level. The rooms were cleaned every third day. The children received sweets and little gifts from the owner every day. She even prepared cakes and pudding for us four times. We truly felt at home. If we were to return to Neos, we would choose the same accommodation!

Here’s the thing, I won’t write much about Sithonia; everyone is already talking about it, and it’s well known that it’s the most beautiful place in the world, and that’s that. However, regarding this accommodation, we were simply thrilled. I should mention that since 2011, we have been vacationing in Greece every year except for 2020 due to the pandemic, and I emphasize that we have never stayed in the same place or accommodation. But this accommodation is truly something special, and the credit for that goes solely to the hostess. A wonderful woman, incredibly kind; I can tell you that when we were leaving, she said goodbye to our children, aged 4 and 6, and she cried. That was the icing on the cake for me. Moreover, not a single day passed without her bringing some sweets, pastries for the children, and one day she even gifted them clothing: shorts, a t-shirt, and a dress. That was not her obligation; she is simply that kind of person, a true gem. She sent us off with a full bag of souvenirs, so many that we could barely fit them in the car. Truly, nothing but praise. Over the course of 8 days, the accommodation was thoroughly cleaned 3 times, with the bed linens and towels being changed. It stays cool in the shade for a good part of the day, and it is located between 50 and 60 meters from the most beautiful part of Paradisos beach. In short, a perfect accommodation for families with children.

At the "Itamos" studio, we felt completely at home. The hostess welcomed us with ice cream, and upon our departure, she gifted us a full bag of surprises. They are incredibly kind and courteous. Every evening, we enjoyed each other's company and spent time in the yard, which was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, filled with greenery and fruit, which was particularly meaningful for us since we had a baby with us. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every third day, and towels and bed linens were changed. The location is outstanding, just 2-3 minutes to the beach. We are very satisfied and will certainly visit the "Itamos" studio again.

The accommodation is excellent, the rooms are spacious with a wide terrace, the kitchen is adequately equipped, the bathroom is fine, and there is always hot water (the only complaint, if we want to be picky, would be regarding the taps - cold and hot water flow separately). Cleanliness is at a high level, the yard is large and beautifully arranged, the grass is green, there are shaded areas, and parking spaces available, along with a large summer house. The Wi-Fi is very good. The hosts are always around, extremely friendly, and know how to surprise you with a drink, rice pudding, or pancakes! The proximity to Paradisos beach (100m) is one of the advantages (although we mostly explored the surrounding beaches), and it is quite decent, with clean water, more sandy, with a few pebbles, and you can stay until sunset. Neos Marmaras is nearby; you can reach the center in about twenty minutes. The whole area is peaceful, there is no noise, and it is an ideal place for a vacation! I highly recommend it! If we decide to spend next summer in Sithonia, Itamos will be our choice! All praises!

The accommodation was just as depicted in the pictures; we truly relaxed! It took us a minute or two to reach the beach, the garden is beautiful, with cars parked in the shade. The studio isn’t spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with basic necessities, but we didn’t go on vacation to make pies, stuffed cabbage, or stuffed peppers, nor to sit in the studio :). Therefore, the terrace deserves a perfect score - with an awning, spacious enough for enjoyment! Everything is impeccably clean, and the studios are thoroughly cleaned every three days, at which time the bedding and towels are changed. The shower had a curtain, so we didn’t flood the bathroom :). All in all, an excellent price-to-value ratio! The beach is okay, it’s not that fine sand, but the sea is warm and clear. The sun sets on the beach around 9 PM. The mosquitoes are incredibly hungry :) so bring all the weapons at your disposal. For us, Autan was the best companion.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation in Itamos. The studio is of decent size, the terrace is exceptionally large, although not fully enclosed, so you may miss some privacy, and the views from the neighbors can be somewhat bothersome. The bathroom is average, while the beds are comfortable and of normal dimensions. A complaint relates to the kitchen's equipment; there is only one large pot and one large, deep frying pan, while the deep plates are very small. Basic utensils are lacking, such as salad bowls or smaller pots for warming milk, and the coffee pot is only sufficient for two cups. There are no shot glasses or milk cups. We requested and received a cutting board, sponge, and detergent from the landlady. The equipment for preparing some dishes is inadequate as it has a built-in thermostat that constantly turns on and off, making it impossible to cook pancakes. There is no light in the studio area where the kitchen is located, nor does the light on the extractor fan work, while the main ceiling light is too weak to illuminate the entire studio, which is also true for the light in the bathroom. There is also no socket in the bathroom for, say, a hairdryer or shaver. These are minor details that detract from the overall impression of the accommodation, which is otherwise more than excellent. First of all, I must commend the hosts. They are diligent, kind, and always ready to help. Twice we received delicious pastries prepared by Trigona. The hygiene of everything you can see in and around the studio is impeccable. The studios are cleaned every third day, and towels and bed linens are changed. The cleaner even folded our clothes and wiped the screens on the tablets and phones left behind. The courtyard is perfect, and the hosts regularly clean it, collecting leaves and mowing the grass. The summer house is lovely and spacious. You can use the grill, but you need to bring or buy charcoal; the host will assist you with everything else. The studio's location in relation to the sea is very good; you can always return from the beach if you forget something, as it is only 120-150 steps to the sea. There is enough parking space in the courtyard for everyone staying in Itamos. The beach is average but decent if you are too lazy to drive to a nicer beach on Sithonia. Drinks at the beach cost around 3 to 3.5 euros, and for two orders, you get two sun umbrellas and two loungers that you can use all day. If you have small children, there are two turtles around the central tree in the courtyard that are pets of the hosts' grandchildren, with whom our children played. To make the courtyard complete, it lacks, for example, a swing, slide, and similar furniture to entertain small children, as there is no public playground nearby. To praise them even more, it is enough to say that we would certainly return to enjoy the same place. You will not go wrong if you choose this accommodation for your holiday.
