Our description

Afroditi Pansion is located in the center of Agios Nikitas, about 350m from the town’s pebbly beach. It offers 19 rooms, studios and apartments for 2-5 people. It’s very clean and near to the most popular beaches on Lefkada.

Milos Beach is at 1,5km and the fantastic and sandy Kathisma Beach is about 2.5km aay. The nearest grocery store and bakery are 50m away.

16 double rooms (17-22m2) have one double or two connected single beds, two triple rooms (24m2) have one double and a single bed,
and one quadruple apartment (55m2) has one double and a single bed in the bedroom (not physically separated by a door but its a separate space) and a sofa bed in the part with the kitchen.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, WiFi internet, renovated bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace. Cleaning is provided every second day, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

They have no parking lot and it’s very difficult to find parking nearby because the house is close to the promenade which is closed for motor vehicles during the season.

Enter Agios Nikitas, take a right at the big crossroads and you will come across this accommodation on the right.

Afroditi Pansion is an ideal choice for anyone looking for accommodation in the center of Agios Nikitas, close to the city beach and promenade. The service is fantastic, so on well-known tourist forums, this accommodation was rated high, although it is not new, nor luxuriously equipped. We highly recommend it.

Afroditi Pansion is a family business that operates in accordance with the provisions of the Hellenic Tourism Organisation. In our 18 recently renovated rooms, just 180m from the beach of Agios Nikitas, you will find a TV, A/C, fridge, closet, bathroom with hot water ²⁴⁄₇, free WiFi internet, private balcony, and a baby cot if needed.

Νine rooms are fully-equipped and have a kitchen, as well. There’s also an apartment (60m2) for up to 5-6 people. It has a private courtyard and it is the ideal choice for a family. Last but not least, you can enjoy your coffee or meal in our communal yard, 150m2, under the shadow of the olive trees that exist in the surrounding area.

We invite you to enjoy your holidays in our pension which is located in a delightful environment. We believe that our affordable prices in combination with our friendly service will meet your expectations.
