Our description
Toutoula Villa is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is in the center of Skala Maries, just step away from the beach and supermarket. The owners are very kind and helpful. Villa offers studios on the ground and first floor with sea view.
Accommodation is located in the center of Skala Maries, 50m from city beach and 500m from the Atspas beach. The beach in front of the villa on the coast is sandy, with rocks in the first few meters in the water, then sand and shallows. Everything is available in a few steps. The next house has a butcher shop on the ground floor, the house next to it has a supermarket and then there are also taverns and a pharmacy. Promenade starts at about 20m from the accommodation.
Toutoula Studios offers five studios for rent. In the high ground, there's one twin studio with two single beds (28m2), one triple studio (30-35m2) with three single beds and a studio (30-35m2) with two single and two bunk beds. On the first floor, there's one studio with four single beds and another with one sofa, two single and two bunk beds. These two units have about 38m2.
The villa was renovated in 2009. All studios have a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, bathroom and a terrace. All the studios are facing the sea and the gulf, but studios on the first floor have a significantly nicer view.
Cleaning is done every day, while the bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
A small garden is situated behind the house.
On widening of the road in front of the villa, there are a few places to park, but it's not private parking reserved for guests of Toutoula Studios. However, Skala Maries is a small town without much traffic and tourists so the parking is not a problem.
As you go uphill from the tavern Cavo D'Oro, after 40m you'll see this villa on the left.
If you're looking for accommodation in a small village, very close to the sea, Toutoula Studios should be considered.

Owners description
Toutoula Studios is located next to the sea in the traditional and picturesque village of Skala Maries, Thassos. We offer 5 studios with a wonderful view of the sea and our beautiful village is the perfect choice for an authentic Greek island holiday experience.
Our studios can sleep up to five people and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. All of the studios have a private kitchenette that is fully equipped for cooking as well as a sea view that is absolutely breath-taking. We also have a beautiful garden and ample parking for your car.
Just 10 meters from our studios you'll find the nearest beach. It's in the village center and is lined with traditional taverns, cafes, a bakery and supermarket. There are two more beaches in Skala Maries and both of them are at just a 5-minute walk away.
We are a pet-friendly establishment and we allow small pets upon request in advance. We can also provide transportation to and from the ferry port upon request in advance.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani Zainteresovani smo za smeštaj, ali koliko vidimo da ne mugu u potokrevetnoj sobi da borave 3 odrasle osobe i 2 male dece(jedno 2 godine, drugo 5 meseci), pa me interesuje da li bi ste mogli naknadno da nam proverite da li ima slobodnih apartmana/studija za period početak avgusta. Starije dete spava sa roditeljima u lrevetu, a za mlađe imamo raaklopivi krevetac koji nosimo sa sobom. Unapred hvala.
