Hotel Description

Rodia Apartments is situated in the village of Kariotes, just 3km away from Lefkas Town on the island of Lefkada. The nearest beach is approximately 1.1km from the property, and nearby amenities include taverns, pizzerias, cafes, a bakery and a mini-market.

The accommodation consists of three apartments, all located on the ground floor. Apartment 1 offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa in the living room with a kitchen, making it ideal for up to three guests. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain. Apartment 2 has two bedrooms, accommodating up to five adults or four adults and two children. Each bedroom contains a double bed, while the living area includes a sofa bed for two children or one adult. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a curtain. Apartment 3 includes one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa in the living room, with a maximum capacity of four people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, mosquito nets and a fully furnished kitchen that features a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a spacious oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

Each unit has its own private veranda, furnished with seating set and offering a view of the courtyard. The courtyard itself is enclosed, paved and adorned with a variety of potted plants. Parking is available on the premises.

Small pets are welcome at no extra cost.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartments during their stay, with cleaning supplies provided. Standard and recycling waste bins are located 30 meters away on the right side of the main street. Fresh bed linens and towels are supplied on the fourth morning, with guests in charge of changing them.

Rodia Apartments is located 24km from Preveza Airport and 2.2km from the nearby resort town of Ligia.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
