Accommodation description

Depi Apartment is an accommodation that offers one apartment on the first floor and it is located near the sandy beach in the part of Skala Prinos called Dasilio. Villa is a good solution for all those who want to spend their vacation surrounded by forest.

Accommodation is located 200m from the sandy beach and the closest supermarket, while the center of Skala Prinos and the port are 1.3km away.

House offers one apartment located on the first floor which has an area of 34m2. The bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a hot plates, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small oven and large refrigerator. There is a shower in the bathroom. The apartment has two terraces, one overlooking the street and the other one overlooking the yard at the back side of the house.

The apartment has air conditioning, TV and hair dryer, but no internet connection.

Cleaning, as well as the change of towels and bed linen are being done every three days.

In the yard at the back of the house there is a barbecue but no table and chairs. The guests must bring their own from the apartment if they want to spend time in the yard.

On the street in front of the accommodation there is enough space where guests can park their vehicles.

Coming from Limenas, turn left when you reach the port in Skala Prinos and drive along the coast line for another 1km. Turn left at the last turn before the camp site and after 200m you will see your accommodation on the left side of the road.

The apartment is a good solution for all those looking for affordable accommodation in a small town.

The accommodation was nice. The owners, in my opinion, are scammers based on what happened with the freezer door on the old refrigerator—it fell off. I told them verbally that I would pay for the repair even if it wasn’t our fault. Then they messaged me saying that the new doors can’t be ordered and that they would have to buy a brand-new refrigerator, which they would charge me for. The audacity of them!! Scammers—that’s what they are!

The location is exceptional. Close to the beach, yet secluded from the noise of traffic. Cleanliness and hygiene are at an outstanding level, the kitchenware is fully equipped and in excellent condition, and all the small appliances one might need are available. I truly have no words for the owners ❤️. I haven't met such wonderful people in a long time. They welcomed us with cold drinks and homemade pastries, very warmly. Whenever we needed something, a single Viber message was all it took, and they were there in no time. They do not live here, but they come immediately when needed. The bedding, towels, everything is impeccable. This accommodation comes highly recommended.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
