Description
Agrampeli Rooms and Apartments is located in Ai Giannis, near Lefkas. It offers Wi-Fi, private parking, free laundry service and a shared barbecue to all guests.
Accommodation is located 800m from the beach. The nearest bakery and market are 1km away.
It offers:
- four double studios, 20m2 with one double or two single beds,
- two 3 + 1 apartments, 30m2 with one single bed in the kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom, with the possibility of adding an extra bed, as well as
- three triple beds studio, 22m2 with one double bed and one single bed.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, television, fully equipped kitchen (a double cooktop and fridge with a chamber), mosquito nets, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning are done every third day.
The owners live in the apartment within the villa and are available to guests throughout their stay.
Accommodation is reached by entering Lefkada and turning right after the bridge to the right, passing the promenade and at the open theater turning right towards Ai Giannis Beach. Drive about 1.5km until you come across villa's parking on the left.
Agrampeli Rooms and Apartments is an ideal choice for couples and families who want solid accommodation in a good location, not far from the island's capital city. The only downside is the slightly greater distance from the beach.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
