This accommodation is 3km away from Agios Ioannis Beach.
The two-bedroom apartment, situated on the first floor of a residential building, designed for a maximum of four adults and two children, comprises a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom of this apartment has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room features a sofa for two persons.
Upon request and included in the price, guests are provided with a baby cot.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with independent cooling units in the living room and each bedroom, offers guests free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
