Toula Apartments are located in Nea Iraklitsa, just few minutes away from the beach. The accommodation offers apartments and studios, some with a sea view. It has affordable prices which makes it one of the most popular houses in this region.

House is on the slight hill, close to marina in Nea Iraklitsa, so it has nice sea view.

Accommodation is renovated in 2016. It offers six apartments and two studios (some of them with a sea view). From season 2019. for internet reservations, 5 units will be available- 3 apartments and both of studios. There is possibility of adding baby cot but not an extra bed.

2 Bedroom Apartment, Sea View, No. 1 is situated on the ground floor, has a sea view and two separated bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and folding sofa for two small kids, while the other bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen has small oven, stove and big fridge. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Apartment is around 55m2.

2 Bedroom Apartment, No.2 is situated on the first floor, has a street view and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and sofa for two smaller kids while another bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen has small oven, stove and big fridge. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Apartment is around 55m2.

4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Sea View, No. 3 is situated on the second floor, has a sea view and one separated bedroom. In the bedroom there is double bed while in the living room are two single beds and an extra bed. Kitchen has small oven, stove and big fridge. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain. One side of the balony has sea view while other side overlooks mountain. Apartment is around 55m2. The balcony with sea view is connected with a common balcony that can use all the guests of the villa.

3 Bed Studio is around 42m2, it’s on the ground floor and has garden and street view. Inside the room are double bed, single bed and kitchen with a stove and big fridge. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

3 Bed Studio, Sea View is also 42m2 and it is situated on the second floor with sea view. It has double bed, single bed, small couch and equipped kitchen with stove and big fridge. Bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

Considering that the accommodation is located on a slope, the terrace of any accommodation unit is not on the ground floor, but is raised, as you can see in the pictures.

Changing of towels and linen are done once a week. There is no cleaning of the units during the stay. With extra fee, cleaning is possible (as well as more often changing of towels and linen).

There is no private parking but you can find a place around the house.

Toula Apartments 1 is accommodation in good condition and we recommend it to all who want quiet holiday, very close to the beach.

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
