Accommodation description

Giota Apartments is a beautiful and new villa, in brown tones, consisting of two buildings (lower and higher), a pool, a poolside bar, and a courtyard with a brick barbecue and a covered seating area. It is located in a very peaceful location, close to the beach.

The accommodation is situated at the entrance to Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of the bay (1km from the center), about 300m from the beach, near the Kladis Club Holidays hotel and the Angelo villa. It is about 2km away from the center. The nearest supermarket, where you can also buy some bakery products, is 70m away from the accommodation.

In the lower building, there are two apartments, and in the higher building, there are four maisonettes, each accommodating two adults and two children. The apartments are spacious (50m2) and consist of a large living room with a dining area and a kitchenette with a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds pushed together, and a balcony by the entrance overlooking the courtyard and the pool. The maisonettes are designed in a way that you first enter the living room with a dining area and a kitchenette with a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed. Stairs lead to the upper level where there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds, and a balcony. The maisonettes also have another balcony on the ground floor, next to the entrance. Only one of the maisonettes has a shower cabin.

There is also one apartment (55m2) located in the basement (8-9 steps). It consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed with a standard mattress for two persons, as well as a sofa for one person, allowing up to five people to stay in this unit.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with beautiful and new furniture, have a TV and WiFi internet. Only the basement apartment has mosquito nets.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is done every three days.

The courtyard is very nicely equipped, paved, and well maintained. In the courtyard, there is a pool with a depth of 0.80 to 1.80 meters. It is interestingly lit at night. Sun loungers and umbrellas, tables and chairs are placed next to it, and there is also a bar available for the guests.

Parking space is available on the dirt extension along the street near the villa.

It is very easy to find, if you are coming from Limenas, you need to turn left off the main road into another street and then right, continue driving until you reach Issalos Studios. On the left side of the street you came from, you will see Giota apartments.

If you are looking for a new and quality accommodation near a beautiful sandy beach, with spacious apartments, a pool, and parking space, Giota Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Skala Potamia, with its beautiful sandy beach with shallow waters, is an ideal place for a peaceful family vacation without nightlife and heavy traffic. On the other hand, just about 10 kilometers away, is the main town of Limenas, which offers more tourist attractions, a wide selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and entertainment for children and adults. A ten-minute walk will take you to the center of Skala Potamia, and a little more to the center of Skala Panagia.

The apartment is spacious. The beds are comfortable for sleeping. The pull-out bed is large enough for an adult. Friendly hosts, ready to help their guests. The yard is very clean, as is the pool. Warm recommendation for this accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
