Sunrise Studios is the accommodation in the seaside village Perigiali on Lefkada, surrounded by lush greenery, at 800m from the cosmopolitan Nidri and 150m from the beach.
It consists of 34 studios and apartments, most of which have a panoramic view of Prigiponissa Islands and Nidri. It's built on a very quiet place where you can relax and enjoy your holiday but not so far from the centre of cosmopolitan Nidri, where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, bars and anything else you need.
There is also a swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax with your friends. There is a pool for children, too. All around the pool, there are sunbeds and umbrellas. In the pool area, you will find the pool bar with a coffee, soft drinks and snacks.
Free WiFi internet is available in the rooms and in all public places.
Sunrise Studios consists of 33 spacious studios (20-25 m2) and one duplex apartment (50m2).
Studios are airy and sunny all day long and accommodate 2-3 people. There are double and single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, with bedside tables and individual light for each bed. Studios also feature spacious closets, kitchenette, table with chairs, bathroom, veranda, A/C and a TV. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and a hairdryer. The kitchenette has a fridge, electric hob, sink, spacious closets and all the necessary utensils. The majority of the studios have a sea view, pool view or view of the mountain.
The apartment has two bedrooms with one double i.e two single beds with orthopaedic mattresses, a TV and A/C, wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has a fridge, electric hobs, sink, spacious cupboards and all the necessary utensils. There's also a table for four. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin with mirror and a hairdryer. The balcony is large and overlooks the pool.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
