Our description
San Lazzaro Apartments is the accommodation on the hill above Nidri, with a fantastic view of the neighbouring islands and bay. It's 300m from the sea, offers studios and apartments for 2-6 persons and the amenities include internet, private parking and a snack bar.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at 250m and the center is about 500m away.
There are 11 double studios (23m2), four quadruple apartments (50m2) and a maisonette (90m2) for a maximum of six adults, with two bathrooms and two air-conditioners. If needed, one auxiliary bed (metal construction with a standard mattress) can be added in studios and apartments for the third i.e. fifth person.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (two hot plates, fridge with a freezer and aspirator), a terrace with fantastic sea view and a safety deposit box. They are modernly furnished, with new furniture and home appliances. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every second day.
Facilities include a reception (open during the day), two private parking lots (within the yard i.e. 100m away), wireless internet in all rooms and at the reception, shared barbecue and a small snack bar where breakfast is served.
Pets up to 4kg are allowed, with a mandatory booking request.
At the intersection of the main street and ring road, take a right to the ring road and continue for 150m. At the old house (on your left) take a right and uphill, and another right after 50m, following the small signposts for San Lazzaro. After 100m uphill, you will come across the very nice building of San Lazzaro Apartments.
San Lazzaro Apartments is an ideal choice for travellers who like a sea view, excellent accommodation and service, and do not mind the distance from the beach and the center.

Owners description
San Lazzaro Apartments is a newly built complex in Nidri, 200m from the center, in the green area of Perigiali, 100m from the sea.
It consists of 11 double studios, four quadruple apartments and a maisonette for six persons.
Double studios include a double or twin bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabin. They can also be triple, with one double and a single bed.
Quadruple apartments are airy, include a bedroom with one double bed, living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom.
The maisonette has an internal staircase and consists of two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
Amenities include iron, hairdryer, kitchenware, coffee maker, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, free WiFi internet and a balcony with panoramic sea view.
There's a bar on the first floor where drinks, coffee, snacks and breakfast are served. A supermarket, doctors office, restaurants and taverns are within range of 200m.
The apartments are easily accessible by car and have parking for their guests to ensure a comfortable commute.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro veče. Interesuje me da li imate slobodan smeštaj i koja je cena, dvoje odraslih, dvoje dece, od 05.07-15.07?

Prvobitno, nigde nije naglašeno da pred sam smeštaj postoji toliko ekstremna uzbrdica. Vozim jači automobil i imao sam problema da se popnem uz taj nagib, kako bi bar stvari mogli da istovarimo/utovarimo u kola. Saznali smo da postoji i odvojen parking smeštaja na samoj magistrali, sa dobrom hladovinom, pa sam ostatak odmora parkirao na isti kako ne bih havarisao auto. Gazdarica Irini je fenomenalna, jako ljubazna i komunikativna, dok je druga gospodja sa kojom saradjuje veoma neprijatna, drčna i odbrusita, ne znam kako joj je ime. Smeštaj je izuzetno čist, što je meni lično najvažnije i svaki dan smo nalazili sobu u urednom stanju bez ikakvih ekscesa. Sadrži sve što je neophodno za letovanje. Kreveti na kojima smo spavali su izuzetno stari i trošni. Škripali su pri svakom pomeranju za vreme spavanja i dogodio se problem da je noseća daska na krevetu pukla od ishabanosti dok sam sedeo na istom. Problem je rešen u najkraćem roku, ali je nastao problem što je gazdarica želela da ja platim popravku. Bez većih rasprava, složila se da mi tu popravku neće naplatiti. Objektivno generalno mišljenje: Solidno opremljen smeštaj koji je veoma čist. Problem je pristupa samom smeštaju za ljude koji dolaze sa manjim i slabijim autom.
